    10 /17 / 23 had a service done. They left the oil cap off made a huge mess blew oil all over the engine bay see pictures. Service took an hour and a half.10 / 21 / 23 they had me bring the car back to clean up the huge oil mess, flush oil and do oil analysis because who knows what got in the engine from them leaving the oil cap off after last service. There is still oil covering the engine bay and alternator after "cleaning". They won't give me oil analysis report I suspect that's because they didn't really flush the oil or do analysis because oil is at the same level as when I dropped car off.I was told that I'd get a call the next day so they could schedule me for a detail of the engine bay because they did a sloppy job cleaning and there is oil all-over the engine yet. It's been 3 business days since that. No call and whenever I drive the car I smell oil burning.

    I went to Marysville Toyota yesterday to look at a new vehicle yesterday because it was shown on their website as being available. When I got there, I was told that that vehicle type wouldn't be available until the fall. I was then offered the opportunity to look at pre-owned versions of the same vehicle, at a higher trim package, and a MUCH higher price.I realize that this is the market right now, but to advertise a vehicle on the website as being available (stock number and everything) and not have it is wrong. It's false advertising and fraud (luring you in to do a bait and switch). The bait and switch was to try to get me to consider an older model at a higher trim package and higher price.STAY AWAY FROM MARYSVILLE TOYOTA UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE A VICTIM OF THIS!!!
