I signed a contract with Ideal Image to provide me a laser hair removal service on May 13, 2022. When signing the contract, the customer service representative informed me the contract included a lifetime guarantee of hair removal services and did not mention any other charge. The vendor closed down their California locations so I had to go to their Washington locations to complete services, and was informed my contract expired and I would have to pay $100 per session. After reviewing the contract as I was originally told the touchups were included in my $2137.50 payment plan, they offered 90% off laser services as the lifetime guarantee. Their current rate is around $550, meaning my service should be $55. However they want to charge me $100 per session. In addition, they auto-sign you up for a separate additional lifetime guarantee that costs $250 yearly. They charged me $299 out of the blue yesterday 5/13 with no prior communication. I asked to refund and they told me they cannot because I was warned about this with many emails, which I never received. In reference to the $299 and the 90% off contract provisions, they informed me on the customer service line that theyre allowed to change the pricing at any time because they are the company. This company should absolutely be closed down for false advertising, not disclosing important information before they sign contracts, and faulty business practices all around. At the very least, please warn consumers to not use their services. I would like my refund of $299 and would like my last 10 (I only went to 6 sessions, meaning I paid $356.25 per session) sessions to be refunded, because it was false of them to advertise the lifetime hair-free guarantee as free in the original phone call and future sessions to be double what they should be. This is definitely a ****** learned, but ** hoping this complaint will make the company face repercussions and stop others from getting scammed by them.Initial Complaint

Had contract for laser hair removal. Company cancels appointments made far in advance in a apparent sell service and deny access to the scam. Has happened multiple times, 8/6/23 was the latest cancellation of an 8/8/23 appointment made 8 weeks prior.Initial Complaint

I was charged a membership fee of 250$ from Ideal Image as i was previously a member. But when renewing my membership they did not ask me if i wanted to continue or not. The next day i received a text messag that said they have a promotion going on until the end of September. On the attached promotion you can see that they are promoting Extra 20% off for memers on products listed such as Botox and injectibles. when i called to understand why i was charged $250 withot my concent and since i was charged would i be able to get the extra 20% off on one of the listed products such as Botox they said no to me. They said i misunderstood the advertizement. While the ad clearly Members get extra 20% off. This is frustrating and waste of my time (35 mins) that i spent on the phone with them.Initial Complaint

I sat with a consultant to get information about a service I was considering. She said she would do a "soft" pull of my credit and repeatedly said it would not affect my credit. I later learned an account had been opened for me in the amount of $1,000 with a monthly payment of $55.00. I HAVE NOT used any services on this account.I called Ally (Ideal Images financing bank) and asked why I am getting a **** for $55.00 when I have not used any money they told me that that is the way their system works. How ridiculous, how can you charge me for services that I have not received. The **** is due on 4/27/22, Ideal Image says they will try to get it closed it may take a while because they have a small staff. If I don't hear back from them by May 3, to give them a call for an update. Well, that is not acceptable because this date is after the due date for the payment due which will affect my credit - no fault of mine.My hope is that you can help me get this resolved before a late payment is posted to my credit. Thanks you,***************************
