  We particularly liked the work crew. They worked hard (2 1/2 days) and the neighbors actually complimented us a lot on the new roof (late September 2024). The sales pitch was actually completely truthful and sensible, a model for other businesses. We were treated like customers (a wonder in the modern world) when we called or visited the office. The entire roof, including the plywood, was replaced and once the chimney was removed, the work was completed and minor repairs made without any problems. Most importantly, the warranty means something, as State Roofing likely to be in business pretty much as it is now for years to come, especially if they keep to the unusual value of being as honest as possible.

  I hired State Roofing to install a roofing system on a boat garage that Im building in my backyard in ********. Their project manager was very professional and responsive and the roof was installed within three weeks of receiving a bid, which was substantially lower than two other bids that I received. I recommend State Roofing based on my experience working with them in September 2023.

  Great experiences from the initial appointment to dealing with the great ******************** then with the accountant to settle up at the end. Professional team of gals/guys over there at State Roofing. I highly recommend this team.

  State roofing installed the roof on my house in April of 2021. By April of 2022 is was already leaking. The roof didn't even make it a year. I reached out to the company and was informed that despite this clear example of poor workmanship, the warranty didn't transfer to us (the new owners) because we purchased the house in August. This company is overpriced for doing such a terrible job. I gave them an opportunity to correct this problem, but a small discount on labor was the best they would be willing to do.
