I hired Wicked Construction because they gave us the best bid out of all the contractors I interviewed. He had a good business plan to get what I need to get done in the house. I am a new home owner and a educator in ******** **********. We set up a work order to put in new flooring in the whole home, new trim and it to be sealed, insulation and wall replacement in one wall in living-room, and door instillation for my laundry room and garage. I paid the starting cost of $7000 to start the job but 2 weeks into the job he claimed that he needed me to pay out the whole amount for taxes purposes and I reluctantly agree to pay the end job amount of $4000. This job was started in January and is still not completed today. I made a really bad mistake and let him talk be into playing him out in full early. As most job go we ran into some hiccups with flooring and we had to add a couple jobs to the load which I paid in full for those job as he worked through February. This included fixing water damaged flooring by the sink in the kitchen, water damage flooring in bathroom, putting in new toilet and vanity for me, and putting in the proper drawer duct under the house from the drawer as he suggested to do. All the added jobs were paid in full during the time he was fixing this issues. As the jobs got done the last thing that needed to be done was finishing the original contracted job of putting in the home trim and sealing it this was back in February. As we waited the two weeks for trim order things started to change. Communication was not happening. He would set a time and date to come work and no one would show up. Since the beginning of Mar-July I have had about 20 or more no call no shows with some excuses. I was without a bathroom sink for over a month and he finally came back just to fix that when I told him I was going to seek further action on him if he didn't get this done. Once the jobs and money stopped flowing he stopped showing up and didn't finish the job.
