Business ProfileforRell's Fire Protection

I have reached out to this business (Rell's Fire) phone number 6 times now.Their phone number goes to a call center, I have discussed my displeasure with the call center staff on not hearing back from the company as we are in non compliance with the city due to Rell's lack of response. We are in risk of our business being shut down because of it.They still refuse to respond or to contact us back in ANY way.I will submit this review as well as a written letter to them next.They have equipment in our building that they are supposed to maintain bi annually and they have failed to do so. I had to reach out to a competitor to inspect the equipment to comply with the city.That competitor doesn't even want to service the equipment due to horrible experiences in the past with ********************* and equipment. ************** installed equipment that is NOT up to code with the city and has been lying on bi annual inspections to decrease their work load.The competitor warned us that issuing a bad review and having them out to inspect the equipment would most likely cause Rell's to come in and tear out the equipment leaving a HUGE mess as thats what he has seen in the past. What company responds that way? Why haven't they responded yet.WE ARE NOT PLEASED!!!
