Great service. We purchased a new hot tub and Ruland Dream hot tubs delivered and installed a new hot tub and took the old one away. Our previous hot tub was ****************************************** our backyard was super difficult. Narrow and slight grade. Some rocks in the way. In hindsight we should've demolished a planter but the guys did a great job getting the old tub out and the new tub in. ***** impressed how hard they worked with a very challenging install. They're super nice guys and were great to work with. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any spa services.

I found the hot tub on marketplace spoke with the owners wife. The price was out of my budget. It's was $3300 plus tax. I asked if I paid cash if they could wave taxes. I explained it was out of my budget she reduced price to $3000 out the door if I paid $500 down and the rest cash. I asked if there were any warranty. No warranty but a hook up guarantee. I hooked it up and within a few days noticed there was a leak. I reached out to the owners wife she was driving but said she would message me once she got to her destination. She did not. I reached out to her husband who told me it was an easy fix. I asked him to please come repair it since it's an easy fix and I received the tub with a leak. He told me he would not do that and there was no warranty and that was informed to me with my paperwork. I was never given a recipit or any information on the hot tub at all. He explained that because I asked do a cash transaction is the reason I was not given the information. I think it's unreasonable to expect someone to know there's a leak in 24 hours of hook up. I believe they get free hot tubs and refurbish them this is why there is no guarantee and say u only have 24 hours to let them know. I am very disappointed in this business spending $3000 should come with at least a 30 day guarantee and I believe all customers should be given a recipit regardless of how they pay and should be told there's only a 24 hour window. I would not recommend this business to anyone. They had ad on marketplace and removed it I thought it strange as you can rate them there as well. My guess is they don't want you to see there reviews. I hope this helps others who may be looking for a hot tub to use a business who cares about there customers and wants to give them a good solid product.

You have our sincere apologies if expectations in terms of our sale were not clear. You did not inform us there was an issue with your spa until more than a week after you had been using it. I understand a very small leak is hard to know until a while has passed. However, that is not something we can guarantee and can fix for any customer at no cost after such time has passed. Your spa was transported over 3 hours from us at no additional cost to you as well, we picked up the tab on sales tax for your spa. It was discussed, transporting the spa that distance, and moving it on its side down step to your patio, the fittings to your pumps, and or heater could come loose. We did our best to try to work with you to solve the issue, but you were unwilling or unable to check pump fittings or heater fittings that *** just need to be tightened to solve the problem. 

Hot tub was older than stated. Works well but is 7 years older than stated . Make sure you do your own research on what your buying
