Went into Northwest Autohub 08/06/2023 to get my first car. We found one we liked and started the process into it. We told the dealership that I was Native ******** and was tax exempt. We had two trade in vehicles with existing loans on each. We ended up making a deal and taking off with the truck that day. We sign the first contract and we're told we were approved. On 08/06/2023 we were contacted again by their finance guy (*****) to come by and resign a new contract because they got us a better deal. Which legally that was in their four day window. The next few weeks we had also been regularly checking our banks to see when the vehicles loans would be paid off. They hadnt 08/14/2023 they sold our Audi 2013 No title received from the bank because no payoff had been made. 08/18/2023 they sold our 2009 ****** Camry to a new owner. No title. They finally paid them off in September. 08/21/2023 general Manager contacts me saying he has found a better deal can we come down to sign (3rd) contract. We have now received a letter say were late on payments we were informed would be starting till November. We contacted the financing company and they told us they had two contracts one from 08/06/23 and one from 08/23/23. We did not sign a contract on the 23rd of august. The financing company told us that they had informed the dealership they could not except the loan term if the amount was not ******. Violating **************** bushing law and violating *********** (CPA). The financing company informed us today 11/15/23 that the dealership, instead of going ahead and resending our contract should have spoken to us letting us know the financing was not approved. I love the truck. But the amount of misleading and deception from this dealership has stained it to the point where we could care less having it. Now the financing company wants us to sign another contract 3 months after.
