    All ready moving was hours late to their first appointment to take my furniture. I told the movers exactly what I needed taken, brought them directly to the piece of furniture and said this needs to go and so on. I was barely taking anything.They took way too much when I wasn't looking, going in rooms I never asked them to go into.They agreed (I have all the emails) to adding fees to allow them to package AND box my goods. They refused to do so saying they knew nothing of this.They didn't take what I wanted they just took stuff I did NOT want.So they came back again.Few days later.Things were so hectic. My brother was there helping and so was my husband because I had to be out in a matter of days.They took SO MUCH stuff I did NOT ask them to take.I was in another room still packing since they still wouldn't do that.They took my personal belongings out of furniture and I have NOT seen one of these very important drawings from my kids, personal sentimental items from my dead husband ***********Then I had them come to my apartment. Because they stored my stuff in a canister bin or something, I actually have no idea what it's all inside of. Some funky kind of storage that I am not allowed to view or take anything or have anything to do with my belongings.So they came, I asked for 5 items. They brought about 8. They brought chairs which I did not request at all. They brought desks that I'd already spent over an hour on the phone with a mover all morning describing the desk specifically. Very specifically many times. They brought something else. All I got was my couch and one other thing and they charged me (aside from the THOUSANDS they charged to take things I did NOT want) they charged me $700 to bring two items. And they wrote saying they will no longer speak or associate with me.They have all my belongings still. And a few things were very expensive from different countries that I have not seen hide nor hare from.I don't trust a thing about this company

    These moving company has been paid numerous times and refuses to acknowledge their payment and continues to harass me even knowing I am suffering the tragic loss of my husband. They refused to pack for me which is what I was paying them to help me do (paid them). They refused to take anything breakable because they refused to take the time to wrap any said item. This is the second stupid time I've used them and for the second dang time I'm left with 2/3 of my belongings STILL LEFT BEHIND and they called me six times yesterday saying I did not pay them and then they leave a message saying they were trying to charge me for something else and sorry they had it wrong. That something else has not been seen. The storage they keep of mine has not been seen do I even know it exists. I had them bring my 5 items last fall and they only brought ONE correct item and charged me THOUSANDS to leave it here. What is this company doing to me?! I want my money back. And I want my stored goods brought to me FREE OF CHARGE. I have already had to change my bank account because of this scam.

    Hello BBB

    As you can see from the attached screen grabs, ************* has been back and forth with us. We are a very fair and friendly moving company and have repeatedly tried to work with ************* to get her needs met. During the last service we performed for her she was offering my crew mushrooms and weed during the relocation. My crew refused her offerings and then she proceeded to give them a $400 gratuity, then complained to the office her bill was more than estimated, We removed the gratuity and then she said she could no longer talk on the phone that she is agoraphobic and refused to pay her bill. I was able to speak with her two days ago and she apologized and give me a new credit card to bring her account current and said she would like her goods to stay in our storage. I said that is fine but if there is anymore back and forth we will need to part ways and she will have to hire another company to come to our warehouse and haul her goods wherever she wants them to go. But we would need a signed release from her to give us the authority to release her goods to her new carrier.
