In November of 2022, I bought what I thought, was a one month membership for my two Grandchildren. I was going through bills on Tuesday 10/23 and realized that Catapult has been charging me, for two memberships a month, ever since. I did not sign up for recurring memberships. My grandchildren never even used the one month membership. I sent a demand letter on Tuesday October3,2023. Catapult has not responded. Apparently they think they deserve other peoples hard earned money, even though they rendered zero services.Business response

We are terribly sorry to hear about the inconvenience of these charges. Our corporate office activates all online purchased memberships 48 hours after purchase. This happens whether the customer comes into the facility or not. We did process all the auto recurring charges on Oct 06, 2023 to the card with the Last Four Digits of 1474.
We also saw the ****** review was taken down about your experience which is greatly appreciated. We have you come back in the future and give us another try!
