    I never received an order placed on 8/9/2024, for 2 pumpkin necklaces and 1 pair of ghost charms on huggie hoop earrings. **** tracking shows my order was sent back to their offices & arrived on 9/11/2024.I don't know why.     I made an order online to Kole Jax . I received all but one item which was a trutle bracelet. Order #******** date:8/13/2024 . I have texted them. They only answered me once saying they were sorry and theyd get that out to me asap. I have not received that bracelet. I hope you can help me with this. I feel that this has gone on to long.Thank you ***

    I was charged more than the amount I was initially given. The invoice doesnt even add up to the correct amount. I was charged ***** for shipping from ** to *****. I was told free shipping. I have contacted them multiple times via email as there is no customer service phone number.

    Hello,

    Somehow when checking out Priority Mail Express was selected at checkout which is calculated by **** and yes, is pricey.  We paid that for your shipping label, unfortunately.  A free shipping offer cannot be combined with a discount code as stated in our policies.  I see there is a discount of $20 on the order.  Customer has submitted a chargeback to the bank which has already been deducted from us, plus we will have a chargeback fee, plus we have lost the cost of shipping.  I cannot refund at this time as there is an open chargeback.  It seems unfair that we have to be dinged for this because of no error on our part.  I guess a ****** learned will be that I think I will remove the priority mail express option so no one else accidentally selects this at checkout.

    This business scammed me. They claim shipping labels are created immediately and the items are hand crafted originals that take time to make. This is a lie, the items are not handmade by Kole Jax. The items are mass produced and available on Temu and Amazon from other sellers. They are not handmaking jewelry that causes a shipping delay. I asked for a refund after discovering the fraud, and they refused to refund. The shipping label was created days later, after I emailed the company to ask for support on shipping. I want a refund. Claiming mass produced items are handmade originals to sell them is misleading and false. It is fraud.

    There are are multiple designs on her order that are completely made by us. She will hopeufully see when her order arrives. There are 2 things on her order that are pre-made which are the pumpkin spice hoops and the fall leaf huggies. We do state that most of our items are made by hand and on her specific order 5 of the 7 pieces have handmade elements to them. We do not claim that all of the designs are made by hand. We can do a refund for the two items that are pre-made if that works. Let us know. ****************************** Team

    I purchased 3 items (photos attached) and paid for them on May 12th. I was surprised to receive an email on May 13th that the items had been shipped (photo confirmation attached with Order #), with a button to click for Tracking. I have been clicking that button for 2 weeks and I have emailed them at 'least' 4-5 times, and tried contacting them thru Instagram, and I have reported the shop to instagram. Have not received a single response from anyone. I have literally begged. I just wanted my items but at this point if I can't get the items then I need a refund. I just am beginning to believe that they're not a legitimate storefront. Thank you.

    Our designs are made to order and we ask for 1-3 weeks processing time in our ordering policies agreed to upon checkout.  We print labels right away and that creates a tracking number.  This also is outlined in our policies.

    I tried to find an Instagram message from you and I do not see one. When contacting us inquiring about order shipment you should have received an instant response explaining our processing policies.  I apologize if this was somehow not answered.  Weve been shipping jewelry by mail since 2012.  I can assure I would never jeopardize our social pages to keep an order away from a customer.

    I placed an order with ******** design on February 26, 2024. I received notification that it was shipped on March 6, 2024. The email I received from them did not give me a tracking number and when I have been at their site, it does not give me any additional way to contact them or track the package. It states that it is not a valid number. The only number I have is the order number which is ********. Part of this order was intended to be a gift for someone for St. Patrick's *** which is not an option now.

    On March 11 I placed an order for *****. In the email confirmation I noticed an error and emailed them immediately to let them know I did not want 2 of the same necklaces and that it was an error and that I only wanted 1. For some reason their system added 1. They replied saying there was nothing they could do on March 12 at 8pm saying they would not fix it. The website says the items are made to order so there should have been sufficient time to cancel 1. They are refusing to fix it/refund me for the error even though the order has not been shipped. When I said I would refuse the order if they weren't going to help me and fix it they said they would not refund me. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the entire charge if this is not corrected.

    We will send a refund for the extra necklace.  The reason for the cancelation policy is because the order goes directly to our shipping software so when ******** the shipping labels the data is already saved and changes not show up on the packing slip or shipping label when we print for shipping because of it.   So you will likely still receive 2 necklaces unless we can catch it with eyeballs while packing all the orders up. Well send a refund for the extra flag necklace regardless.

    3/8/2024 I was placing an online order. With the 60% off code, it was going to be approximately $32 plus tax & shipping. I remembered that I had a reward of $10 credit that I wanted to apply. As soon as I hit Apply to the reward code button, the order automatically submitted. I was not able to change my payment option, which I had intended, or see the final amount! It automatically went to the screen that said order submitted and the total was $104.! I immediately emailed them to stop my order, and was told that it was impossible. I have had two email communications this morning, and they said there is nothing they or I can do! I understand that it was *************** understand I cannot use two codes, but that I was unable to look over the order & submit it myself is very deceptive!! I had also wanted to use a different form of payment. Very deceptive business practice!! I have asked my credit union to stop ************ are going to try to dispute it.

    Hi, 

    I am sorry you had an issue ordering from our site.  We do only accept one discount code per transaction.  So the $10 code canceled out the 60% off code and not our intention to cause confusion during the checkout process.  The system wont allow discounts to be combined.  It is in our policies.  
    Wed love to sort this out somehow.  
    2 of the products you ordered were not part of the clearance code.  

    We could give you a store credit for the total amount because your order will likely still ship without us receiving  payment being that a chargeback was filed with your credit union.  If would like to work it out here would be happy to do so just let us know.
