    Return policy is disgraceful! They up charge product and then give a discount of a percentage off that disqualifies you from get a refund. The earrings I purchased were so heavy that I cannot wear them. I am highly dissatisfied and will no longer purchase from this company.

    Im so disappointed with the customer service. There was automatic typo mistake that it got it to be shipped to my old address. The package got lost in the mail. I asked them to cancel and refund me rather than send it to the old address which will cause me problems, unless they would fix it. They refused. I lost money and I am very disappointed with their poor customer service. They may have nice products, but rotten help! ??

    The jewelry I ordered fell apart as I was taking it out of the package. Another pair of earrings I ordered were too heavy, but I can't get a refund. I can get store credit, but why would I want that?

    I love the pieces I've ordered. I am a *********** like to wear jewelry celebrating holidays to make some days more fun! They are cute & colorful without being childish.

    This is not a properly run business entity. Website advertises 8-10 business days to receive order. Supplies tracking number but does not ship immediately or in enough time to receive within 8-10 business days. Did not ship yet and it's been almost 2 weeks. Requested to cancel order before it was shipped a few days ago and received a response today saying they would not honor it. As a first time customer I will not shop this site again and suggest others skip this site as well.

    Thank you for the feedback,  we are updating our shipping times and have been able to speed up the process.  We do over ***** transactions a week and have policies in place with regards to canceling after placing an order, etc.  These policies are noted on our website.

    I have purchased so many things from Kole Jax. However recently put an order in twice by mistake. Emailed right away to cancel one of the orders. Got email back saying no will not refund one of the orders. I did ask this person if they have ever made a mistake All I got back was no refund will be given. I would love to meet this person who has never made a mistake. A few months ago 5 stars NOW it would be ZERO Sad. Beware. Dont make a mistake. Some in this company have never made one Sad

    Honestly I didn't look very closely at the fine print. So I didn't realize these are made to order and so take longer to be shipped out than I am so used to with certain "large" shopping services lol.BUT I HAVE TO SAY that once I received my items they were and are absolutely high quality. They are pieces designed to get attention and I am excited to wear them out in town!!!!! Thanks Kole Jax!

    I have ordered many necklaces for myself & for gifts over the past few years. They've all been beautiful. This last order was for 10 necklaces (there was a sale so I stocked up) but I only received 9 items. I emailed and they immediately remade the missing necklace and shipped. Great customer service. I appreciate them correcting the error with zero fuss.

    Ive always loved the product but when I place an order it says I will be sent a confirmation email. I never get it so Im never sure if or when Im going to receive anything.
