      I was told I was buying a 2019 vehicle. Its a 2016. They sold me (financed) warranties on a vehicle thats nearly 8 years old so the warranties are no good. They told me it had emergency braking system . It does not. They told me that with my 720 credit score they were financing me at almost 9% apr. turns out that wasnt the best financing possible . They told me there was ****** miles on this one owner car . Turns out that at one time the car had over ******* miles on it . The vehicle has been in the harnish auto family off and on for years. This wasnt a recent trade on . It was used as a service loaner. They told me the car was free and clear. Turns out there is an expiating lien on the vehicle. They told me it was an all wheel drive . Its front wheel drive . They told me that even though they were selling it as is.everything works as it should . The radiator indicator light comes on periodically as well as the air conditioner doesnt work. Hasnt since the first day .

      I wish I could rate a "0". During our purchase we were shown a brochure advertising all of the covered benefits of an extended bumper to bumper warranty. The sales team was really talking it up like it is the best thing to have with the purchase of a used car. So we bought it (not cheap though). After all the brochure showed virtually everything from electronics to motors were covered. Fast forward to now, 3 years later, ****** miles, and even still have the drive train warranty. One of our window motors went out. At first we were told it would be covered under the warranty by the Harnish employed service team. Then we were told it was not covered... by the same team. They blamed the warranty group. Then I was told we had to at least pay for the diagnostic fee. $165. They offered no explanation why it was not covered, or why we had to pay for the diagnostic charges at that ridiculous price! Especially after being told everything was covered by insurance. I will take some of the blame for buying the warranty (from a shifty sales person). But I find fault with both Harnish employees that lie and Assurant who is the actual warranty company. All I can say is... Don't buy from **************, or any other Harnish lot.
