    I have called or emailed about my order (Bravura Easy Computer Sync Receipt.doc uploaded ) at least 20x and I get absolutely no response whatsoever. I have never received the product and they don't respond in any way. Never experienced anything this after purchasing a product.

    Our apologies, there was a delay fulfilling your order.  Our supplier ran out of Easy Transfer Cables.  We apologize for not responding to your emails, as they were going to our junk folders.

    We has also issued you a full refund, and you can keep the cable and software free of charge.

    My complaint could be taken almost word-for-word from the other complaints about this company you have posted. I'm uploading a receipt from Bravura and two e-mails from me that tell most of the story. I ordered synchronization software from Bravura on 7/27/22 and received a receipt (attached) that said the order would be delivered in "2-5 business days." It's now August 18th, the charge has been processed but the item has not been delivered, I have made 3 phone calls and sent 2 e-mails (see the attached upload) to Bravura asking about my order, None of these have been answered in any way.Bravura's customer phone answering system adds to the aggravation and time spent. It gives the caller the choice to hold or leave a message, but all calls are routed to a recording that says a message left by the customer will be answered in 24 hours. Then the caller is disconnected. I have tried this three times without getting any response at all.

    Order # ******, Easy Computer Sync - Software CD and Transfer Cable Order # 221886 $24.95, Shipping $4.95, total $29.90 Received "Bravura Software - Order Receipt" at 5:27 AM March 17, 2022 indicating product will be shipped March 18, 2022; and it indicated "You should expect to receive your order in 2-5 business days after the shipping date." My PayPal was charged $29.90. On at least 5 occasions (product had not been received), called 425-577-6215, placed on hold "all reps currently busy...", left message and my contact info. Sent email to [email protected] on April 7, 2022 I have received no phone calls, voicemails or emails from Bravura in response to my requests for status as the product has not been received as of April 12. I am still very interested in receiving the product if possible, or at least refund my money.

    I must have missed your previous email! I am so sorry.  The company in question - Bravura Software - did send me the product, and they also refunded my money. I had been looking for a way to thank you, and just got this email today.
