5 starsThis was a major remodel of our kitchen, family room and dining room into a great room. Two inside walls were removed and an exterior 8-foot slider replaced with a 36" window door. That meant replacing siding as well. Our contractor was *****, an extraordinary women of total integrity. The project required consultation with a structural engineer to ensure the walls were okay to be removed. They did not take this lightly and it required more than one visit and a cut into the ceiling to be sure their assessment was correct. We were happy with the total result and they were patient with our very specific requests for cabinets. That required the hiring of a separate contractor to install the cabinets we chose. The only downside was that we needed a designer more accessible and understanding of our desires and limitations. Rotem's build crews were great to work with, but sometimes their finish work could have been better, such as not masking off the cedar ceiling from the walls and getting a little overlap of paint on the wood.Rotem was unbelievably patient with us, available anytime to discuss things, and good at following up. I'm sure we got a lot more attention and had more control of the project than we would have through other major contractors.Review fromRoberta L

4 starsWe were pleased with the replacement deck that USA Green Builders built for us, with Trex. They fixed problems we had had with the previous deck structure, and were done in six weeks, despite weather problems and supply shortages. It is a good looking deck. 5 starsWe had a most wonderful experience with USA Green Builders. Our project manager was Rotem. She was extremely organized and her crews did a great job at every part of our project, which included two bathrooms, a kitchen, flooring in the entire house, not to mention some very difficult stairs which they did a wonderful job on. We also had a deck that needed a new foundation and trex material and metal railing. All the work that was done was beyond our expectations. All I can say is when the job was completed, we were extremely satisfied. One of the things we wanted to highlight, the majority of the work was completed in ten working days. Often there were two or three crews working at the same time on our project. Other people that we considered had told us six to eight weeks to complete the job. We can't really have imagined to have waited that long. If we have anymore home projects, we will surely be contacting USA Green Builders and Rotem.Review fromThomas B

I hired USA Green Builders to do a complete remodel of our two bathrooms! Amazing work! Our home looks so modern now! The project manager and his crew are very professional and talented! The cost of the project was one of the best! Thank you very much!

I hired USA Green Builders last month for my two bathroom complete remodel. I'm extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them. ***** was my project manager she was excellent, camp my informed all the time, we also did 3D design for the bathroom before we started. We used USA Green Builders for our primary bath renovation. The team did excellent work. They take pride in doing a good job. Our project manager ***** was extremely easy to work with and the entire team was efficient, professional, and incredibly skilled. We are extremely satisfied with how our bathroom turned out. I Canceled my contract with USA green builders within three days on January 11, ****. The company is playing games with me now and not answering the phone or returning my calls. And they are now blocking my the phone calls, texts messages and emails. I had paid them $1000 deposit on the work. I sent them a letter telling them that I wanted to cancel the contract and get a refund of my deposit. The contract was signed on January 9, ****, and work was to begin on January 15 and end on January 20. So no work had been started. I canceled my contract within three days. I would like some help or suggestions on how I might get my deposit back?USA Green Builders Corporation

5 starsI recently hired USA Green Builders for my home improvement and home **************** projects. They Installed pavers, replaced lawn with concrete, assembled shed, and build a Gazebo. Im extremely satisfied with their work. They are biased towards customer satisfaction. The project manager, **** and ***** was prompt and professional in providing a quote and positively responding to scope changes. The team did a phenomenal job from start to finish, which added good value to my house. They were attentive to my needs and preferences, and the quality of their work was top-notch. We had a great experience working with USA GREEN BUILDERS. The project was a full house remodel consisting of kitchen, a stunning master bathroom, guest bathroom and new wood floors, drywall, and indoor paint job. They also replaced window trims to give it an updated look. Its better than a brand new home!Rotem, our project manager and her crew are professional, knowledgeable and highly experienced. I was out of state for most of the project and I couldnt have had a better project manager. Rotem sent me daily photos showing me the daily progress.
