STAY AWAY!Lets just sum this up quickly. The management is non existent. The units and grounds are disgusting and broken and poorly taken care of. People are not safe. Elevators never work and when they do they are covered in pee and spit. The hallways are always smeared with food and blood and f**** They take months to respond to residents if ever and you have to wait months to have simple things fixed like having hot water, light bulbs and smoke alarms. The people in the office hide in the back, with the lights off and refuse to answer the phone or door. They make you pay rent in person but then do not open the office to allow you to pay, then give late fees. They are rude, and do not care a pinch about their jobs or the people they are effecting. The trash bins are always flooding into the street. The "secure" doors are always broken and open. There is trash, broken vehicles, and f**** everywhere. Packages are always stolen, sometimes by the people in the office! Amazon and *** both said the package was signed for and accepted by the office but when I went to get it, they had no clue where it was.....funny. They do not clean, repaint or fix anything. Please all I can say is if you have a choice please please do not move here. The crime rate and unclean grounds are horrific and just because it is low income with a BIPOC (non-white) population they tend to not care and it is inhumane. The phone lines on ground are always being cut so at home with no home phone or internet for months at a time. STAY AWAY.
