      I bought a Washington Senators xl shirt in January 2024. I just wore it for the 1st time this week and there is a hole between the left sleeve and shirt, I have sent 2 messages with attached pictures, it's been 3 weeks and nobody from Brand company has gotten back to me

      Hi, I have tried to contact BBB to tell them that the situation is resolved but can't reach them, it says that the email you received from them has a button to reply that you handled the problem.

      - Date of transaction: 2/9/24 - Amount of money paid to business: $67.97 - What business committed to provide you: Three clothing items - Nature of the dispute: It has been almost two weeks since placing my order with no progress on fulfillment. I have reached out to the business via their support chat with no response. I would normally not be as quick to submit a complaint like this to the BBB, but in reviewing their BBB profile (and other review sites), it seems like this is a familiar problem for other consumers -- being "ghosted" by the business after they process the transaction, and not shipped their items. - Has the business tried to resolve the problem: I have not received any communication since the order confirmation email. The business has not responded to my inquiry.- Account order number: ORDER #******

      I placed and paid for an order with this company in January. I got email confirmation and $60.48 was instantly taken from my account. Since the order confirmation, I have contacted the company several times inquiring when the products will be shipped. I have gotten no response, I feel this is a scam company and I would like a full refund. This was supposed to be a valentines day gift and obviously I wont get it in time seeing how this is a scam.

      Order ******.... I placed this order and never received anything from the company besides an order confirmation. I have tried calling, emailing, messaging, everything- no response from this company to see where my order is and when I will receive it. I believe this company is a huge scam and I will be disputing with my bank.

      I should have read the reviews...same issue everyone else is complaining about. The worst is the lack of communication from them. My. order# is 286740:Apparently it starts at the top since I had messaged their CEO, *****************************, on the 18th and he has chosen to ignore my message. In other words HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE is in their blood.I purchased a hoodie and a hat from Vintage Brands exactly 2 weeks ago today, January 15, 2023. I have checked the status on it everyday and everyday it says "order is being printed". 14 days of it being printed is unacceptable. What is most concerning is this seems to be the predominant issue on the BBB and they have not done anything to address it.

      Ordered a single ******* hoodie 1/12/2024 (Order ******). Company estimated turnaround of 5-7 days. When checking order status on company website, status has been "Printing" since the order was made. Checked status again today and company website states "Order cannot be found." I would like a refund for my purchase.

      I made an order with VintageBrand.com(Vintage Brand LLC). The order has passed the 10 day **** which excludes weekends and I did not receive any shipping information concerning my order. I had made a message on the 21st of January and with no response. I followed up with another message and with the look of it, I am mostly going to be ignored. This is upsetting because I am a teacher and was supposed to participate during my schools annual College Day Awareness to motivate students who are seniors. Very upsetting that I expected the delivery to be delivered within the time frame that is mentioned on the website. The most irritating thing about this ordeal is the lack of communication by the company that it has for its consumers.

      I ordered a sweatshirt that they said would be shipped in **** business days. I ordered it on 1/2/2024 and have received nothing as of 2/23/2024. They will not respond to my email that I sent them through a link on their website.

      Ordered two items from Vintage Brand on January 2nd and have yet to hear anything back on my order. I have left multiple emails and chats to the company and address online the company allows for questions on orders etc and have not heard anything back. The order cleared my bank acct on January 3rd and yet no response from the company and even an email back saying the order is not found. My order number from the company and confirmation is: ****** I am wanting the items I purchased as soon as possible or a refund immediately as this company has very bad service and I feel this is a scam to me as they take orders but do not fulfill.

      I ordered items for Christmas presents and they did not arrive in the timeframe as advertised when purchasing. I need to return items from order ******. The items were delivered too late on January 11th within the 15 day request to return per their return policy. These items were not too my satisfaction of fit or style. I have sent multiple emails to ****************************************** and direct message with my email included requesting return instructions, return form, return ************** to my original credit card payment with no reply. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter.
