I ordered two shirts from Vintage Brands on December 30, 2023. The company states that the order will be made and shipped in 3 business days with a confirmation email sent in that time frame. After 5 attempts to contact the company by email I have not received any response nor update to my order. I check daily and order status says order being printed . I charged this order to my Discover credit card and its on the statement for this month. All I want is to know if this order is being processed. If not I would like a refund. The total amount charged was ***** . Ive done business with them in the past with no problems so Im hoping its because theyre understaffed or the shirts are out of stock. On December 29, 2023 I placed order #******. I received order confirmation the same day. Shipping was expected to be 3-5 days. Today, January 21, ****, I have still not received my order or shipping confirmation. I have tried to email their customer support 3 times with 1 automated response (on 1/16/24) saying if I still dont have my order in ***** hours to email customer support again. I found their phone number online, and it is a busy tone every time. In looking it up, this business has many bad reviews with the same issue.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase on vintagebrand.com on December the 19th 2023. The website and order confirmation email stated orders would ship within 3 days.I still had not received any update in early January and sent an email to customer service on January 4th. I received a response later that day that said all orders placed after December 11th were delayed until after the new year, but that my order would be printing and shipping by the end of the week.On January 6th I received an email they obviously sent to all of their open orders asking me to confirm if I had received my order. At this point it was clear they had NO IDEA what orders they had fulfilled or not. I responded that I had not. On January 12th I asked for an update - no response was sent to me.On January 15th I requested a cancellation and refund. They responded with the exact same "your order will be printing and shipping this week" email they sent me on January 4th. On January 16th I received an email that my order was about to ship, including a tracking number. However, that tracking number shows that only the label has created - nothing has shipped. Today, January 19th, I reiterated my cancellation request. I received a quick response that they would not because my order confirmation - from December 19th - indicates I only have 2 hours to cancel the order - I have confirmed no such language is in my order confirmation email.This company is either a complete fraud or got way out in front of their skis by running a large promotion over the holiday season. I placed my order on December 18. Their FAQ said that after christmas, orders would be fulfilled within approximately 4 business days. After two weeks I emailed them to find out what was the delay. It took them another week and half to respond. I just received a shipping confirmation a couple days ago and it is now more than a month since I placed the original order.Initial Complaint

I placed my order for a sweatshirt on December 24, 2023. I received a confirmation email of the order being placed but I never received any indication of when it will be shipped/delivered. My card was charged for the order on December 25, 2023. Its been over 3 weeks since I placed the order. I've sent an email to their customer service email everyday for the past 6 days & no one is responding.Customer response

I was contacted by Vintage Brand via email regarding my order almost immediately after filing a complaint with BBB. I did email them letting them know that I filed a complaint with the BBB. I have attached a copy of the email they sent. I still do not have the item I ordered nor do I have any shipping confirmation so as of right now, I would still like this complaint to remain open until my item is received. In regards to complaint #********, I wanted to update that I received my order today from Vintage Brand. It has been exactly 1 month since the 12/25/23 order was placed. The company has awful customer service & I will never order from them again but I did receive the item I paid for.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 12/29/23 from this company. On 1/9 I contacted the company via their "contact us" section of the website and got no response or update on my order. I contacted them again on 1/12 with the same question/issues and still no response. The status of my order still has not changed since i placed it on 12/29. I sent an email directly to them on 1/15 with again NO RESPONSE. Not a great way to do business at all and I am very disappointed that to have to do this.Initial Complaint

I ordered something from them. Their website says things will arrive in 1 to 3 days. I have contacted them about not receiving my order that I placed on December 26. Today is January 17. I would like a full refund, but they will not respond.
