In May 2024, I ordered my usual Frappuccino. I did not receive my stars, so I emailed Starbucks. After days of corresponding this way, I received an email that someone from Starbucks will call me in 1-2 business days. Three days later, I emailed again, and to this date, July 9, 2024, NO ONE has called me. Then on July 5, 2024, I did not received my stars from another order. I contacted Starbucks by phone this time, and after constantly being assured the issue will be taken care of, again I have not heard back from Starbucks. So much for their customer service being willing to help with a situation. I am once again being ignored. After being a long-time dedicated customer, I have decided to use up all my stars and gift cards and forget about Starbucks. They obviously do not care enough about their customers to follow-thru with issues. All I wanted was the stars from the two drinks added to my account. It amounted to about 11 stars for each drink. Very sad business practices from a company who are "supposedly" big on customer service.Review from rhea C

I went to the Starbucks location at ****************************************. I frequent this location about once a week but for some reason, the cashier was less than enthusiastic from the moment I walked in the door. I ordered a tall coffee in a venti cup with cream and 4 raw sugars on the side. I do not expect people to people to jump through hoops to serve me as I am in the hospitality business. However, I do expect baristas to at least keep their snarky comments to themselves. As I was in a bit of a rush and it only takes them 2 minutes to prepare as it is a simple order. This time 5 minutes pass as I watched more elaborate drinks being made. Then 10 minutes pass before I approach the counter to inquire about the drink, the snarky cashier made unprofessional comments under her breath. When I asked her what she said, her response was we are people too in which i replied it is only coffee. After getting my coffee; I asked if she was the manager or supervisor. She sarcastically looked at me and said no but I will be happy to go get her. I then told her, i just wanted to know if she was so that I can make a complaint on her and the supervisor who decided it was a good idea to let her take orders from customers with that attitude. She then turned to me and said Im so Scared in which i replied, the owner and manager would be concerned that a complaint was being filed on them as well as herself for allowing her to be in the front with a negative and sarcastic attitudeStarbucks Corporation Response

This n is Thursday June 13th and I was in drive thru at Starbucks in **** AZ on ******* and Southern ave.i told the player that I wanted thr 6 dollar pair. I ordered a ice tea which she said applies to it a tall size and then ordered a wrap which the employee said does not apply so I asked what does *** she said breakfast sandwich so I said impossible breakfast. I asked again doesnthis apply to 6 dollar pair she said when you get to register it will deduct it. I drove up and ask e d again that before I pay ***** only 6 dollar pair but I seen it says 7.58. I asked her why? She said it will show the n 6 dollar deal when she rings it up. She handed me the receipt which was 7.58. I said it did not n come noff and she apo l igiEd and said she was not trained on how thisnworks. I have had thus employee before and she is sincere. I asked for manager. The manager came novel and said what can I do for u mam. I said that she.. and then he interrupted and he accused me of.mis gender even though he just called.me.mam!!!! And so I said them afternthat out of respect even though I have spoken to employee before and she was comfortable with a she pronoun.. I had to explain myself several times and the Manager kept referring back to it did g e t deducted and the fornthe 5th time told manager I asked for an6 dollar pair not 7.58. The manager literally was twitchy facial expressions at me and took my receipt and my tall tea and then refunded my money only to give me a receipt and said it.may take several days . This manager *********** me was unprofessional and assumed the employee rather be called THEM nstead of HER or He yes HE was Rude and my daughter Said Pathetic place and ideology of any kind should not be demanded to a customer!!! .Review from Herbert L

There was 2 girls in a car that knew someone working thereand sat at the order kiosk for 5 minutes just talking and laughing. saying hello! Not putting in an order. So I had to pull around and order inside. Then the 2 girls pulled up to get their order and talked to several employees again. So I made a comment about them talking and not ordering. The order taker yelled at me they are customers Terrible that they know theres a big line. Bad service and the manager should be fired!! Never againReview from Shelley M

If I could give Starbucks a negative star I would. I order Mango Dragon refresher WITHOUT lemonade. It's WRONG 75% of the time. I'm annoyed that they can't make a simple drink when I order from the app and it doesn't change! When the sales associate PROMISED it was made with water when my partner picked it up...only to find out when I tried it it had LEMONADE! It's not rocket science although I think it is for Starbucks! They are out of control with incorrect orders and increasing prices....let's see how long they stay in business. Refunding 5.00 here and there is a nice gesture but let's face it, that doesn't cover my gas having to drive back to get the correct drink that I already paid for!! Not to mention the aggravation of CONSISTENTLY having to contact customer service... I'm DONE!! It's easier to blow them up on bbb! Take the money, withhold service. Robbery?I have reloaded $100 on my Starbucks card two days ago. Now that I want to use it, it is getting declined, and the barista have no idea how to solve this problem. Both a chat with customer service, and a follow-up call, have not resolved the issue. They generated case numbers, but provided me with no information about the root cause of the problem, nor about the likelihood that they will fix the problem. I came into the Starbucks on Cambie and **************** in ********* on May 9, 2024 at around 7:05pm. My son wanted a chocolate cake pop and muffin so we waited in line to place an order. The girl at the front counter was counting or sorting the juice in the cabinet. She looked back at us and gave us a quick look and then looked away. She completely then ignored us, didn't even say hi or telling us to wait for her to finish and continued doing something like sorting or counting the slush or juice in the cabinet. We ended up waiting for around 10 minutes with no help from her to the point my son wanted to leave. So we were about to leave that was when another barrista from the back came out to serve us. I'm appalled by the customer service I got from this place. Was it too much effort for the girl in the front to say hello and stop what she was doing to serve us or she could simply told us to wait and wave one of her coworkers to help us. But no she didn't both to do any of those, she just ignored us and went back doing some sorting or counting the juice when there were no other customers waiting except us waiting to be served for around 10 minutes. Is that how you treat customers nowadays? You just ignore them and treat them like they don't deserve to be get any service. Please talk to your barista at ****** and **************** to do better job in treating their customers. We didn't go there to beg for food or money, we went there to order food so treat us with respect.Review from Larry C.

I WENT THRU THE DRIVE THRU ON 4/13/2024 AT 2:15PM WHILE PLACING MY ORDER THE WOMAN GOT SHORT WITH ME AND VARY RUDE. IT WAS SO BAD ANOTHER WOMAN CAME ON THE SPEAKER AND FINISHED TAKING MY ORDER. AT THE WINDOW I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. I WAS TOLD HE WAS NOT THERE. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR THE GIRL TOLD ME THE SUPERVISOR *JUNE * WAS THE ONE WHO WAS RUDE TO ME. SO I ASKED FOR THE OWNERS NUMBER. I WAS GIVEN A CARD WITH THE MANAGERS NUMBER. SO I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH ********* CORPORATE OFFICE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT LEFT ME WITH THE FEELING THAT THEY REALLY DON'T GIVE A C*** HOW THERE CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED. MAYBE THEY HAVE SO MANY CUSTOMERS THEY FIGURE THEY CAN AFFORD TO LOOSE A FEW. I SPEND ALOT OF MONEY AT ********* EVERY MONTH. BUT I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT ********* EVER AGAIN.
