So I went to a Starbucks this morning to get my coffee as regular. I have been going to this store forever. Today I chose to get something different than my regular coffee. I asked for Strawberry latte and what I got tasted like a heated strawberry puree!! I went back to complain that my drinks tasted like crap!! I told the girl at the cashier that I had my drinks messed up a few times before at the same store!! The response I got was then why do you keep coming back here!!! Really??? I mean really is this how Starbucks trains their employees!! Is this the best customer service they provide!!! That cashier is right!!! Never ever I am going back there again!!!HORRIBLE!!Review from Joseph C.

After approval, ************ the last 4 months at least ****************************************** made out of spite to remove key ingredients that made the taste of the coffee awful. Even when shown how their drinks are made incorrectly, no corrective action has been taken leading to hundreds of dollars in money wasted at this facility without correction. Needs proper training of the store. Hi first of all as a customer i dont feel the Starbucks staff is respectfully to treat people. i was occasionaly need to stay in store before my driving road test. The store was still empty and i was napping and only plans to close my eye for 30 mins so i can review and concentrate later. well the store was noisy , i can even hear staff warns the table of boys next to me no weeping . Well i dont think Starbucks staff understand what is the difference between napping or sleeping. Sorry but that time i really need some quiet time. so the staff impolitely tell me no sleeping before my alarms rings. And The staffs are gossiping and laughing??? So you girls proud of what you just interrupted people’s time? If you laughed don’t let me know. so people at the other table laughed about no sleeping;well they knew i wasn’t sleeping and laughing about it. well i am not a homeless ; if you offer the sits and you dont allow people to enjoy their time thats your problem. why dont just remove the sits? As a customer i don't need to be interrupt when i just want to clear my mind. I am not sure if you understand sometimes people just need some quiet time as they are already stressed? My schedule was full and was only visit this store since i am was coming after my work and wants to be prepared to a test. Worst experience ever better managing your store better and your staff is ghosting around and no one checking the toilet papar? I am sure there is more things useful for them to ghosting and gossip. Plz dont contact me , I am going to share to all my neighbours friends and I don’t need to go to Starbucks anymore i will rest in my new car soon; the coffee beans are not top qualify anyway.Review from Karrie C

Im an avid coffee drinker and always have Starbucks. Only recently have I had an issue. Yesterday morning and this morning when I used the mobile app to order coffee, I was given an error message with no order but changed for the purchase. I called the customer service representative and all she could do was review my reload and order information which I see as well. I explained that I was charged twice for orders that were missing and she insisted it was user error or insufficient funds which was not the case. I was then advised to delete the app and reinstall it to see if it would correct the issue which would cause me to lose the funds I currently have. I became so frustrated when I asked to speak to someone else and was not allowed to that I hung up. I wasnt mad until I talked to customer service. Ive had the worst experience with Starbucks customer service. Given a recent store experience, I called in to speak to a customer service representative and was just given the run around. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they just point to their policy about how they cant do anything. Really? Theres so much they can do but they are not interested in trying to understand the issue or trying to resolve anything. They are the absolute worst.Review from Sisi J

Hello, I would like to give my opinion and share my experience I had this morning at Starbucks. I was treated very poorly by the store manager, ********. I dont remember her last name, but to give you the details, she was running the shift on Sunday morning, August 25, 2024. I was on the phone with one of my clients and asked them to hold for a second so I could place my order. When I asked ******** for my order, she gave me a very dirty look because I am Arab and speak multiple languages, so I have a strong accent. I have been living in the ***, in *********, for over 20 years, and I have never felt so discriminated against. Her service was really bad; I even left without leaving her a tip, although I usually try to tip as much as I can. I left because I was shaking and sweating, emotionally hurt, with my heart beating fast. I went back to Starbucks to complain about this incident, and to my surprise, she was the manager. I told her that she gave me a bad look, to which she admitted and apologized. However, I am going to escalate this to the corporate level so they can address this, as having a manager with such an attitude surely leads to losing many clients. I am an owner of a company that sells ***********based perfumes at the market, with 17 years of experience. I understand the importance of providing good service to clients, and she really needs to learn a lesson. There is a guy there with a nice attitude, always smiling, and providing the best service. I visited the location in ****** on *************. Ordered a Venti Cappacinno. It cost $8.05 and was suppose to be 20 Oz. The cup was only filled halfway. The rest was foam. This is ridiculous. I ended up making my own coffee at home. This isn't the first time that Starbucks didn't fill up my coffee cup. After I use up my balance in my account I probably wont return. I just like a full cup of coffee.is that too much to ask for 8 dollars?Review from Raphael S

I visited the location in ************* and not only was the general manager rude but they did not want to answer why the store was not open even though the app said they should still be open, he said with a snarky attitude things happen I dont see this routinely happen at other location nor have I ever encountered such a rude manager.Review from Tiyika T

Starbucks located 500w. ******* in ******* Il manager ********************************* has an really s***** attitude problem towards her guest in the store and also her employees *** been going inside that particular location for over a year now and shes never in good spirits she always seems as if she has an attitude and it shows especially they way she talks to her employees and guest , Because of the authority she has with the company she uses it to her advantage like everyone is beneath her and thats not a good look for the company nor her staff not only that if the guests can pick that up from just visiting this location thats really terrible. I feel something should be done about it and her sooner than later she has poor customer service and management skills. One particular employee mentioned that she fired her on the strength of her communication skills and *** witnessed her yell at her partners as if she was furious with them . A Customer also Asked one of the baristas, Is your manager always This rude Right in front of me , Before. They deal with infestation issues as well , Totally unacceptable & Unsanitary.
