On January 26, 2025, I purchased Smarter Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate Powder after clicking the Brand Club Daily Deals ****** purchase offering $35.99 cash back. I purchased and received confirmation of the order. I received my item on January 30, 2025 and synched my Brand Club ****** account. The problems began with them not acknowledging that they received confirmation from ****** of the shipment and delivery of the product. I continued to access my Brand Club account and sync all of my accounts multiple times every day. My $35.99 remained Locked but later ****** purchases synched within issue. I emailed Brand Club and was advised to uninstall then reinstall their app. I did so and reconnected ****** and other retailer accounts previously linked. Still, the $35.99 SmarterNutrition Creatine cash back remained Locked. I emailed Brand Club several more times providing my tracking number and temporary cellphone number because I dropped and broke my cellphone phone in a store. I informed them via email that I only have one Brand Club account but used my daughter's phone because mine was broken and inoperable. I now have a replacement phone and still have cellphone number ************.Brand Club has access to my address, banking information, purchasing accounts but still hasn't released the rightfully earned $35.99 cash back for purchasing the SmarterNutrition Creatine Daily deal. I'm providing the confirmed delivery information received from ****** January 30, 2025 and sent to Brand Club via my email, *********************** The resolution I need is for Brand Club to Unlock the $35.99 cash back earned from my purchase January 26, 2025 that was delivered on January 30, 2025. Also, I want them to allow me to cash out the $35.99 and any additional funds earned between now and receipt of this complaint via my ****** account. This message is in regards to my complaint against Brand Club LLC, ID ********. After filing the complaint against Brand Club LLC, I received an email communication falsely indicating that I they had received information regarding frequent returns and cancellations then stated my account was being placed under Review. Further, they expedited the expiration timeframe for the $35.99 Cash back I was due for which my Better Business Bureau complaint is centered. The initial timeframe was 90 days from purchase for purchase confirmation. However, Brand Club changed the expiration timeframe to February 25, 2025; only 30 days from the date of purchase of the SmarterNutrition Creatine product. I am requesting that Brand Club acknowledge the January 30, 2025 delivery as provided in the Amazon tracking details provided via email to them twice and issue the $35.99 Cash back earned to my ****** account.Initial Complaint

This website absolutely will not let me change my phone number and I need a access code to be able to cash out my rewards which is $105 but now that rewards of $105 daily is dwindling down to $80 and will continue to dwindle down. Its a simple task to change my phone number or to send me the code via email, but they refuse to do it because they dont wanna pay. Its a Grocery redemption app you do surveys you submit your receipts so theyre taking these popular brands and involving them with their app having us consumers do all the work and theyre keeping our rewards. On June 2nd I initiated a payout to go to my ****** account. It has yet to arrive. Ive repeatedly messaged brandahare for help and continue to get a generic message. When I finally do get an actual person telling me they will look into it i provide them with the solution from ******. ****** has asked for the confirmation of transfer number. I have asked this question in about 20 different emails and have had to dumb it down because they dont understand that all they need to do is provide the confirmation transfer number that ****** generates as proof for Brandclub to acknowledge they have infact initiated a transfer. Brandclub refuses to provide this number. If they would just provide it ****** could look it up and find out where my money went. As soon as I ask this question brandclub no longer responds to my requests. Therefore Im forced to start another email and I go around in circles until a real human says they will look into it. Once I tell them what I need I get nothing but silence. I would like my payout please. One of their responses is that they can see it failed and that I should contact ******. I have contacted ******. I first contacted support on May 8th 2024 and told them I needed to change my phone number to cash out and they told me my number would be changed in the beginning of June.Since then I have written 10 emails,Facebook messages,and tickets all with no reply.Im being completely ignored and their Q&A says u can change ur number on the app and that customer support is live all day and gets back to you in 24 hours.All not true.I have over **************************************************************************I did what was required of me in order to earn the money so I would like my money.Thank youInitial Complaint

Brandclub has very sketchy/scam like business practices. I had an instant reward for $9.02 for an item purchased 4/19 and delivered 4/21. It did not go pending after delivery (like it usually does). I emailed support on 4/24. They told me to email back after 15 days. So I did. Then they tell me they placed my account under "review" because I had "retailers said I had too many returns." To be clear, vast majority of these "returns" were not really "returns" but items that were cancelled by the retailer themselves ********* because the items were out of stock for my curbside pick up order. Yes, I returned some things to Amazon as well (mostly clothes that did not fit). However, the rewards are immediately cancelled once an item is returned, so it is not like I "owe" them money - I did not get credit for things that were returned (which is obviously fine). But now they are refusing to release actual earned rewards to me because of this (for things I did not return). Some of these items were only purchased because of the offers. They tell me I have to "continue purchasing through their app" for a "chance" to get my rewards back. They also told me they can't honor earned rewards that "expire" before my account "review" is complete. They are searching for ways to not actually have to pay out what you earn.Their support is useless and sends the same copy/pasted message over and over again. They will not actually engage in a conversation with your or listen to or acknowledge your points.The app has also started asking for questionable information. They will no longer let you cash out unless you put a credit card on file. There is zero reason for them to need this information. I am currently owed a minimum of $17.39 (honestly probably more because so many pending "rewards" never go through before expiring) that they refuse to pay out. My desired outcome is the payout of $17.39 ($9.02 for the reward they are refusing + $8.37 currently eligible for cash out).Initial Complaint

Hello. Ive been using Brandclub for a decent amount of time and have made over $100.00. I successfully acquired $50.00 through PayPal from the app months ago. About a month ago I attempted to withdraw the rest of my money owed, but end up seeing a pop up message asking for credit card information. I thought this was a mistake and sent an email to support. I was promised that the most id ever have to potentially provide would be a state ID. Because I was promised that information I felt more comfortably about the app and continued to spend money to get cash back. I also put a massive amount of time into reviews and taking additional product/brand surveys for companies that pay out as well. Knowing this info, I sent an email again providing photos of my identification card, PayPal email/account info to show that all addresses, names, etc match completely to initiate a PayPal payment. Im now being told I need to provide my credit card info. They also say we will never charge your card without asking first This is an app where you are rewarded for continued brand loyalty. You can join brand groups and when you continue to purchased their products, you are paid. There is absolutely no reason brand club would ever need my credit card info, let alone to ever potentially charge me. Its really alarming to see this with no explanation whatsoever. This information was never made known. Ive never heard of requesting info like this for an app of its kind. Simply put, im just not comfortable randomly handing out extremely personal and sensitive information to an app that has never asked for this before. Nor do I see a need beyond potentially nefarious reasons, which makes me uneasy. However, the amount of time and money put in to the app should rightfully be paid out in my opinion. I have followed all rules, and do believe I am *********** the money Im owed. I also mean no harm or wish to come off as rude, but they will not help me and only want my credit card. I signed up for Brandclub via a referral when the stated bonus was $15. I was not awarded the bonus so reached out to support immediately. That was not successful so I then contacted support via ********* I was told they would look into it and over 5 weeks later I still had not heard a resolution. Finally I received a response that while they know this is an issue for others, they would not be awarding the bonus. I then provided a screenshot from their website which shows that all new members are eligible for a sign up bonus (no mention of a referral). I wish I had seen the flood of one star reviews on the BBB website before I even signed up for the service. Brand club is nothing more than a scam. They claim you have all these dollars in rewards that you can never get. I've made purchases, I've linked my accounts, I've referred friends that have also signed up. ****** club has no answers, their customer service just repeats the same canned line over and over. I'm owed at least $25. I want my money and to leave this company forever.
