The Brand Club app owes me $73.27 for surveys taken and products purchased. Per the terms of the app, the payouts should be made within 2-4 days. I have (4) pending payouts which haven't been received, and there's been no response to my multiple inquiries to customer service. On June 7th I initially contacted brandclub support about a missing $10 reward and was told to contact them if the reward doesnt show up in my account within a few days. I waited a week and emailed. I emailed several times over the course of two weeks with no response. At this moment I have about $40 of rewards missing from my account and cannot get a response from the support. The number ************** is listed as a customer service option in the terms of agreement but the owner of the number will not answer the phone or return calls. This company promises it issue rewards (money) for products that have been purchased through their website once the items have been delivered. I have purchased a lot of items that have all been delivered. I am owed about $70 in rewards but the app wont recognize the purchases. I have reached out to their customer service about 5 or 6 times and correct this issue. They requested I send them all of these screen shots (in July) I sent them what they requested and they have ignored me since without any sort of response. I have been using the brandclub app for awhile now with mostly no issue. Lately I have not been getting paid out for surveys I completed with them following their policies. When talking to customer service they continue to blame me and refuse to help. They have actually locked my account. They said I was locked because I return items I do surveys on which is false. I sent then proof and they still won't pay me out. I am owed ***** in surveys a mnd have 20 dollars in my account they won't let me withdraw. They are a scam.Initial Complaint

I am an individual, not a business, and Brand Club and their 3rd party company Creator Opportunity are refusing to pay my compensation of $150 to a service they requested. The service is completed on my end. After this, they are refusing to fulfill the payment and ignoring me. Brand Club and Creator Opportunity are being deceptive and misleading. I emailed both Brand Club and Creator Opportunity several times, but they are not cooperating and this puts me and other consumers at risk of being deceived by them where they are not giving us our rights and what they promised of. They lure you in on the main page with all the "Instant" Best Deals, but they never release that money. It sits in pending for well over months after your items are delivered. We're talking $5-$10 "rewards"for items bought directly through their app they never intend to pay.It takes a week for "customer support" (only an email address provided, no social, no phone number) to reply at which point they will tell you to keep waiting and suggest maybe you haven't synced enough.Then they stop replying all together.It's been OVER a month since my best reward high value reward items were DELIVERED, I sync the Maximum 3x a day, I get paid my pennies for all the other items but over $100 in rewards from items directly purchased through their app is still pending and they refuse to even reply.They are clearly getting referral pay for all the sales, and harvesting data, and not even paying the menial amount promised.And don't get me started on the "surveys" that waste your time over and over only to tell you, we're not paying you, something in your responses looks wrong. I purchased a SmartKat toy from Chewy. The item was delivered on May 7. I waited several weeks before contacting Brand Club. The item purchased was eligible and in the gallery to get cash back. It says get a quarter when you buy the item. I had unlocked a $3 survey from making a previous purchase. According to customer service, I didnt buy an eligible product. Thats not the case. The purchase has been pending for 8 weeks. This company is extremely shady and probably will eventually be shut down due to scamming customers by taking personal information or a major lawsuit. Brandclub doesnt seem to want to take responsibility. I agree with the * rating by the BBB. The app is fantastic when it actually works. The company doesnt communicate with the consumer and changes rules without any notification.Initial Complaint

Brandclub is has zero communication and says in their site they will respond within 24 hours but never ever responds. Payouts are supposed to take AT MOST 6 days and I've been waiting since June 13th for mine. Every single person i know hasnt had any payout since June 13th either! No communication from them no nothing at all just everything is pending when it shouldn't be based on how the app is said to work. They don't communicate at all either.
