1 starIf I could provide 0 stars i would. A completely incompetent warranty company. They do not even have reputable contractors to send to complete the job. Then they say if you find your own contractor you will be reimbursed.... well it's been over a month and no reimbursement sent!! Just constantly told it's processed and they have no time frame that it will be received. *************************. Do yourself a favor and start an emergency savings plan for home repairs. At least money you can count on.

1 starThis platform is nothing more than a scam. They will send you leads and 99% of the leads are either dead or they don't ever pick up. Then when you request your credit for the lead not answering they find some loophole in their policy to disqualify you for the credit. I followed their policy to the letter on the most recent lead they sent me and I still got denied for a credit from them. Avoid porch.com at all costs. It's nothing more than a money grab for leads that don't exist.Porch.com

Their customer service was courteous and professional, and scheduling the technicians was quick and seamless. Both repairs were handled promptly with top-notch service. 1 starPorch warrant is by far the worst home warrant company out there. *** had 2 claims filed with them and both times I had to come out of pocket. I was even told by one of the contractors they provided the porch analyst told them it was maintenance issue prior to investigating the issue. They use the maintenance tactic to prevent using the agency money to help fix the issue of their customers that keeps them in business. This is very shady and I hope everyone view my mistake of trusting them as a warning.Porch.com

Dear ****,
Upon reviewing your account, it appears that the initial claim for your HV** in 2024 was a non-covered issue, meaning it was not eligible for coverage under your plan. The terms and conditions of your plan were sent to you when you originally purchased the plan and again upon renewal this month.
It seems that you made several claims for the ** unit this year and were requested to provide proof of the original uncovered repair in order for us to provide coverage. This is standard practice according to your plan. Once you provided this information, an additional HV** claim was opened. That invoice was for a clogged condensation line, for which you paid your deductible, and we covered the remaining cost to the contractor.
I hope this clarifies any misunderstandings that may have occurred. If you have any additional questions regarding your coverage, please refer to your coverage documents or feel free to reach out to us.J. J.

That is a LIE!!! Can you provide proof because the invoice for the condensation line was NEVER covered by Porch. I paid OUT OF POCKET every time Ive filled a claim with porch. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves scamming your own customers that depends on your services when needed. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STAY FAR from this Scam of a business!
