I have reviewed the Web Verse Inc. posting by the BBB. Please consult "Overview" in Business Profile. Carefully read and try to understand the "word salad" they posted. Read it and decide if that statement makes any sense whatsoever. This lapse in cognitive thinking and any mastery of the English language is absent. This is just one of the reasons I fired Web Verse Inc. They were to create a website for me, and I expected they knew how to construct a sentence, construct a paragraph, and correctly spell. Here is a prime example of their ineptness; Web Verse Inc. couldn't even sell themselves.Review from Derrick S

Do not hire this company. It's been almost 2 years and my project is still not finished. They do not honor their 100% money back guarantee. They will keep giving you new project managers and when you stop spending money they will ghost you.Review from Jane R

I feel like a fool for trusting this company that wasted an unbelievable amount of my time and money while I was working so hard to launch my new online clothing business. Despite a very professional intake process and smooth talking project managers - they never understood my business no matter how many times I explained it. I needed a Shopify site to work with my vendors and they talked me out of it - saying they had tons of experience working on similar businesses - only to find that none of the work I had paid for was usable. In addition, they held the website URL that they purchased on my behalf with my business name and credit card hostage - insisting I sign a nondisclosure agreement to get it back. They promised to refund me $4500 and get back to me about additional. But they refunded only $3000 and stopped returning my texts and emails. I had a local developer do all the work for less than $2000 in less than 2 weeks. Don't be fooled, you don't need these guys. Website design has come a long way and is far less costly and complex than they would have you believe.Review from Glen M

This company is a rip off and my attorney is already contacted - seeking punitive damages. Business loss revenue pain and suffering. They set their 800 numbers to ring busy, but will call you from a number thinking it is new business. This is going into high punitive damages and loss of business revenue. We acknowledge ************************* involvement with the company. She has been a troublesome person to deal with since the beginning. However, as she is a client she is the king or Queen in this case. We appreciate her business. There still seems to be room for misunderstanding as far as the projects are concerned. She signed up for a website that is launched and running on the World Wide Web. This depicts the situation where the company has delivered as promised due to the fact that we do not move forward without approvals. These approvals have been recorded and are available to be displayed on demand. One project was promised and delivered. She had recently requested a separate functionality which has been given out complimentary as to her promise that she will pay later on. That later on never came. Instead, we are facing these blame and wrongful accusations. ************************* mobile app is also in the process which is being sold at an undersold price just to keep her business and help her out. We are still finding out what can be done in order to cover these tracks but it seems she does not how to cooperate. We are already in a deficit of the payment for the app and will not hesitate in any situation to defend our name.Customer Response

They are absolutely not telling the truth, if you view the site it is incomplete and several incomplete task. Who can go on the site, not once have the company stated it is complete. They stop taking calls no reply to email or text. I have recorded conversation ready for reviewing. If you dial their number ************ ring busy. I have recorded conversation and advised them ALL calls are recorded. APP shows incomplete I have screen shot shows APP errors. They refer to ****** APP because if you call them to get a live person it states due COVID their not taking calls and automatically hang up. Never mention Apple because you can call and get a live person. They have numbers do not answer texts or emails **************************, ************ the so called main Manager all say they are managers ******************* suppose to be handling the issue. Added a guy from ***** after the first call and state completion 11/15/2022 date stop taking text. I have over 100 text, call logs for my cell phone company. If you dial their number ************8 ring busy and then they see it is a different number call it back and ask can they set you up with a website. They all say their in meeting and checking with IT and you never hear back. Had one guy helped and then he was removed because of not following protocol and giving incorrect information, which resulted to ***** I heard from one time and then no more after that. My issue complete the website and we will not have an issue, they cannot keep giving false information and never honor the completion. I had at least 20 completion date and never complete then stop replying and no call. Give me my money back or complete the website simple - no main log on information for the site, no information not one time saying it all completed. Lies after lies after lies scam company.
