      Total scam. They sent generic forms that did NOT reflect what I stated on their questionnaire. They emailed and said to state changes needed. I replied. They did NOT change the paperwork. I'll be filing court papers to receive a refund.

      I paid $139 ($20 coupon) for an online divorce. I printed out the packet and we turned it into the **********************. The court rejected the paperwork at the submission counter. All the paperwork was incorrect. The forms were wrong, everything. At the court that day, we had to print out all the forms and fill them out by hand. I requested a refund and I was denied 3 times. The guarantees they give on their website are just straight out lies.

      This company is a total scam. They charge you the upfront fee and then keep causing delays so they can charge you a fee to extend the process, this has been a nightmare, nothing gets done.Stay away from this company.

      I am absolutely fed up with Onlinedivorce.com! I have been working on my divorce for a months now and I have made no real progress. After having filled out the initial paperwork, it was sent back for revisions that could have easily been corrected with an email. I went through the awful and arduous progress of having my soon to be ex resign the paperwork and sent it back via priority mail. Now, Onlinedivorce.com has no idea where my paperwork is! It has been two weeks since I sent it. I have paid aprox. $800 for the ****************** and filing fees, not to mention the monthly subscription costs. This company hides behind its Terms of Service and in my opinion, appears to be an absolute scam. You will not get a refund if you are unhappy with their services. They prey on heartbroken and scared people who can't afford a lawyer, in my opinion. BUYER BEWARE.

      This website is a just keep telling you things and prolonging the process and what you to pay online fee ., but they keep misleading missing up forms and charges things and not do what they say.,

      I regret using this service. I wasted my money and nothing was accomplished. When I asked questions specific to my case I received scripted answers that didnt address my issue. At one point I needed legal advice and I was told they couldnt advise me unless I renewed my subscription. Seriously? Now I have to hire an attorney. Dont make the same mistake I made. Just save time and moneyhire an attorney from the beginning!

      This company is a complete scam. I paid almost ***** dollars for their help. I ended up having to go into the courthouse myself because I couldnt get a supervisor or case worker on the phone. They also charged me for the monthly service 1 month after I cancelled it. They are all incompetent and terrible people for scamming on innocent people trying to go through a traumatic experience of divorce. What a joke. I escalated it to the point where I told them I wouldnt stop. The supervisor did call me and told me that I was in the wrong and I would not be getting a refund. ****. You guys are trash.

      I spent 500 dollars because not only do you pay for a basic service, they make you pay for premium to have access online. And you have to pay a monthly fee as well. I started this process 6 months ago, still not divorced. When I asked why? They told me to contact me courthouse. a SCAM!

      You scam hurting people out of their money and dont complete the service of divorce. Yes you can cancel your monthly service and then you get no help! I paid a lot of money for premium service and I am not divorced! I have to do the work myself. Dont pay for this service friends. You can print out the papers yourself and pay less!

      The Online Divorce, ******************************************** is a complete SCAM. I paid over $700.00 in 09/2022, and was informed that, Online Divorce takes care of ALL paperwork, from *start* of divorce process, through *completion* of divorce, until the divorce is FINAL. The company simply filed a FL-100 (petition) and FL-110 (summons) form with the Los Angeles County Court, then, dropped the ball. Since the court date 01/31/2023, the company has refused to file the FL-115 (proof of serve to respondent in person) form, and, has stated through several emails only, no phone calls, that, they are not required to complete the divorce process, that it is the Petitioner's responsibility to complete the process. Again, I paid for a service that was a complete SCAM. This company stole my money. I requested a 100% refund, and they are not paying any attention to my request.

We are still waiting for the respondent's documents. Once we have them, we are happy to submit the needed forms. We are willing to continue and complete the process once we have the respondent's completed documents.

      ABSOLUTELY UBSURD.I personally have done my paperwork 3x (notarized & all), 2x being their fault for wrong info entered. Now my soon to be ex husband signed his forms & sent them *********** HAVE THE WRONG DOCKET # !!! They sent my ex forms with child custody docket #, instead of divorce #. ***. That's not my fault but here I am paying another $40 a month, its been a year now and still not finished.
