  I initially hired Fractal Renovations Inc in 02/23 for permit and design contract. It appears this business' license was suspended in 05/23; when it came time to begin my home renovation in 07/23, I was told by the owner that they rebranded to a company called PNW Drain Pros but were still licensed to do construction (I am unable to find that business on BBB website. They are located in Seattle, WA- same address and contact as Fractal Renovations Inc). I terminated my contract with them end of 10/23, after multiple issues including unreliability, no show, dumping debris from their other projects onto my property. To this point I have made multiple amicable requests to the business owner for resolution, which are now being ignored. I am attaching documents to support the amount of refund I am owed by his company. 1) Our 'live' excel cost tracking sheet balance which reflects an amount of labor advance he requested but did not fulfill. It also reflects a retainer fee which is to be credited to final bill, but that now is money paid toward work not yet completed. 2) Two invoices billed to me by them pertaining to electrical and plumbing subcontractor he hired-- it appears that the money I paid for invoice 9/6/23 (Invoice 1147 attached) was diverted and not paid to the subcontractor for its stated purpose, thus is money paid for work not completed and I am owed a refund of that amount. I have confirmed with Aqualine (the subcontractor) that they only received the funds paid on invoice from 9/20/2023 (Invoice 1153 attached). 3) An email in which he states he owes me $1,940.00 for dumpster misuse by his company on my property. I have also requested for his company to remove/pick up his remaining tools from my property; he has yet to do so. I am owed the following: 1) Dumpster misuse $1,940.00 2) Remaining $721.91 of labor advance 3) Retainer fee $7,500 4) Electrical payment 9/6 $1,910.00 5) Plumbing payment 9/6 $5062.50 Total = $17,134.41
