Made a purchase online. Only shipped partial order. Advised I could get refund 5-10 business days. Been 10 days still no refund. Also company was good at promptly responding to my inquiries however all my communication has been ignored since refund was requested.Business Response

I apologize for how long this refund took to process - Unfortunately we had a lot of issues with our old website, and support team, that caused refunds to get delayed. We've recently upgraded our website and brought on a new support team to address issues. It looks like your refund was successfully processed on the 14th of November.

I ordered and payed for an item from Saint Barbs Bullets on Oct 29th and received an order confirmation saying "we received your order and are processing it". This is the last I heard from them. I have attempted to contact them 3 times their messaging system to no avail. I'm not even sure the messages are getting to them. I even told them I would file a complaint with the BBB and they still have not answered. I told them I am a Service Connected Veteran and that I don't have a whole lot of money to spend. I found these guys through a search for the item I was looking for ( a green Laser light for my Mossberg shotgun). They were cheapest by $20.00 so I ordered from them expecting that I would receive this item. I have run out of options and require assistance from the BBB. I see that the BBB has a very low rating of Saint Barbs Bullets which only goes to support the fact that they may be a scam or a hoax website. They have absolutely no way of contact even though they mention an online chat with their customer service, but even that is a false statement. The chat does not exist. This company illegally sent me ammo through ****. Postal inspectors are currently involved and the package is being held. I haven't been refunded and the item is still held. I've been buying ammo for years and never had such an experience. **** confirmed it's illegal and they'll be investigating.Business Response

This customer was refunded their order, and we explained the mixup that had occurred - One of our suppliers had recently implemented a new ammunition packaging system, and unfortunately it had sent a package through **** instead of **** As a business owner, shipping restricted products, this is obviously the last thing we want to happen. Whilst the package did not leave our own warehouse - as we explained the customer it was drop-shipped from a supplier, used by 100's of other retailers - we immediately escalated this issue to the supplier so that they can have it corrected. We appreciate the customer bringing this issue to our attention.

I saw an advertisement for 250 rounds of shotgun ammunition from this company that is listed. I purchased that advertisement. I got an email confirmation from the company which confirmed my order for 250 rounds and the price, which is attached. I received a package from the company for only 200 rounds, proof of which is also attached. checked the advertisement that I purchased, and it had been changed, after I bought it, to **************************************************** that they dont know what happened and that they are trying to figure it out. I have been emailing them back and forth seeking a resolution to this very simple problem and have simply not been helped. This is fraudulent behavior from this business by committing this faulty sale and not accommodating the customer in any way, and it is also false advertising committed by them. On March 18, 2024 I order a product from this business. They have not delivered it. I have sent numerous email inquiries. They have not responded concerning their ability to deliver the product, the reason for the delay, or whether they will refund the amount. I want them to deliver the product. They have been late on other deliveries, but have fulfilled orders when prompted. They do not advertise a telephone number for customers. There are defects in their website for communicating customers issues. They have a non functioning "bot" system.Business Response

This order was marked as delivered on the 18th of April. It was delayed as unfortunately due to shipping restrictions to **********, we have to double-handle some orders, but in this case that took a lot longer than usual, so we also provided a partial refund. I ordered some ammo from Saint Barb's Bullets for the first time because AmmoSeek, an online crawler for cheap ammo, recommends them. Upon placing my order (1/16/24)I get a confirmation and assume everything is good. Three business days go by and I reach out via email for an update on shipment as this is a wholesale business, not a manufacturer, so it should all be on hand (in stock). They get back and say it could take up to five business days. A bit weird, but sure. I would have waited longer to contact but they have no physical store and no phone number on their site, so I got sketched out. Long story short, I wait five more days and reach out again wondering what is taking so long. They get back stating they are investigating the issue. Eventually they tell me I need to submit an ******** FOID before they ship... only problem is I am from **** and the billing/mailing on my order is ****. I reply telling them this and ask them to cancel my order. Hours go by where support is active and no response so I email for them to cancel my order again since there is no phone number to contact. No response, but later that day they ship everything via *** without notifying me at all. I only saw it on their website via my account... weird. Now today rolls around and it's scheduled for deliver tomorrow. They just sent *** a return to sender request earlier this evening. All of this has transpired without any communication back despite support being active during listed hours on website. It seems they are trying to give me a hard time and tie up my money because I expressed my frustrations. I have never had anything near an issue like this ordering ammo/gun-related stuff online and I have never went out of my way to file a report but more people need to be aware of their shady practices. Since they are not communicating back and hide their phone number I will likely have to file a chargeback and cross my fingers. Moral of the story: Do not do business with Saint Barb's Bullets.Business Response

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us. We're currently investigating what happened and why you were incorrectly asked for ******** ID. As the last request we had was to cancel the order, and it had already been packed and shipped, that is why it is now returning to sender. Generally once we receive it back we process a refund, but because of how long this has taken I'm refunding it now. We're not deliberately holding on to your money any longer than necessary or attempting to be punitive towards you, we just need to make sure that shipped orders come back to us.
As far as your comments about reply times, it's not often possible for us to reply instantly to all emails as we need to do some investigation, or may have many other emails to reply to.

I placed an order for ammunition with this business on 31 Dec 23. I received an email stating "Thanks for your order. Its on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received." Payment came out of my bank account on 02 Jan 24. I have heard nothing since then. I sent two emails (the only way to contact this business) requesting a status update with no answer. I allowed more than the 3-5 days to ship as stated on the website due to the holidays. It has been 12 days since i placed the order with no update from the company. A ****** search of their listed address yields a parking lot. I suspect this is a scam, even though trustpilot and BBB had many good reviews.Business Response

The date of transaction occurred on Nov 23, 2023. After about a week the company claimed they couldn't fulfill my order. The company cancelled the order and claimed to issue a refund on Dec 06, 2023, back to Sezzle. Sezzle claimed they haven't received a refund from Saint Barbs. This issue has been going on for entirely too long. I have reached out to Sezzle and Saint Barbs for help. I'm still making payments to Sezzle for an order I never received.Business Response
