            About a week ago I applied for acp through assurance, because previously I was paying $25 a month for service with 30 GB of data through boost. Assurance advertises 25 GB of data plus 25 GB of mobile hotspot data with the *** benefit which I figured is a tremendous deal. Then once I sign up for this and get activated and no longer have boost Mobile they tell me that I only get four and a half gigabytes of data. Even though their website still says 25 GB. No I understand the *** program is winding down but the fact that they're advertising this and still allowing people to apply for service and allow the government to front the bill I consider that fraud to me and to the government. When I call customer service and explain it to them they argued with me just kept repeating that the services winding down and after I even told them the website address that they could find this on they hung up on me.

            Lier's , thieves, inconsistent, with their their qualifications in putting your money back into your account after they pulled money for a policy that had been canceled they continue to pull money from your account . Sent specifications they need to return the money they literally stole from my bank account , when I gave them exactly what they ask for , they sent another email with another list . They failed to stop taking money out of my account for a policy that was removed , that is theft !!! Dishonest fraudulent theft from a federally secured bank account . They were turned in to the insurance commissioner's office in Florida for their dishonest fraudulent behavior and immediately se t an email asking g for a new set of demands if I wanted to get my money back . I se t them another Email requesting my money back under the first list they sent . I am contacting the insurance commissioner's again today , and Federal trade commissioner's office and if I need to I will file a police report too . They are thieves snd nothing less than thieves . BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY VIOLATES TRUST AND PROFESSIONALISM IN GOOD FAITH . THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY WITH YOUR BANKING !
