These people call me several times a day despite repeated requests for them to stop! I am not interested in the services and have told them several times. After dealing with this harassment, I wouldn't ever use them. This issue is causing me undue stress and I wish they would just leave me alone.Business response

This company is harassing me with unsolicited phone calls. *** asked them repeatedly to take me off their list and to stop calling and they wont stop. If you look at the ****** reviews for the company, they are doing this to other people.Business response

I was forced to work with management to complete tests by screen sharing so we all had the right answers then I was let go for it and so were others! We were told we broke policy, when I told them I was made to do it, I was told well sorry. Not to mention I have a screenshot of my manager telling me I have to work off the clock. They hired a ton of people to work AEP 2023 then fired 300 of them with no warning right before Christmas. This is a clear violation of not only my.rights but laws as well. I contacted the local **** in my state and filed a complaint with a follow.up email with a full description of what happened, I have not heard back and it's been over a month.Business response

Assurance has me caller ID as *******************, a 77-year-old person. I have received more that 100 unsolicited calls. Most of the call center staff is unqualified and unprofessional, I am collecting all the numbers I can and referring them to the legal authorities. This is total harassment.Business response

I have been contacted CONSTANTLY by this company. I get 5-6 calls everyday from this company. Some calls are even within minutes of each other! I have never signed up for anything or spoken to anyone from this company. At this point, I have HAD IT! Assurance IQ keeps leaving voice messages. They used to call me multiple times a day but I blocked their numbers. I don't hear any more phone calls but they keep being able to leave voice messages everyday. Can someone please help me stop them from spamming me. I don't know how to stop them from leaving voice messages. It waste my time because I have to check my voice messages in case it's something important from doctors or others. I keep getting robo calls and they're making it through the phone number that I blocked. And it is always the same phone number. I called today and asked to be removed off of the call list and all they wanna do was offer me other insurance that I do not want and I'm tired of getting these calls all day.Business response

After work today, I went to healthinsurance.net to see marketplace prices for health insurance. I had to put in basic info to view prices in *****. No sooner than I provided my info they have called me over 30 times in less than 4 hours. I block each number and they call again from another number. They have also left 3 messages, which I wish I didn't delete. For the last 3 calls I answered and told them they were harassing me, I didn't want their service and they needed to lose my number and not call again...yet they did. I also left a review here and it turns out this is happening to other people. If I tell them to not call me anymore and they do, are they not in violation of consumer abuse? I didn't buy anything, I was just looking at insurance prices. I don't know how else to get them to stop so asking you to please make them stop. In the uploads, I provided screenshots of every call and time they have harrassed me tonight. And I am not kidding in saying it's been over 30 calls in 4 hours. It's unbelievable how many different #s they attempt to call from. Please make it stop.Thank you. I greatly appreciate your assistance in stopping this harassment.Business response

I am rejecting this response because I have continued to receive phone calls from their blocked #s as my call log shows for today. I have received 9 calls this morning, 4 of which were after the email response that they added me to their Do not call list (please note that the one call from Greener TX in my call log screenshot is not them). I also received a message from a # I hadn't yet locked, and I also received a text message, which I also blocked.I consider this threatening hassassment at this point. As mentioned previously, I told them 3 times yesterday to stop calling and put me on their DNC list and I did it again this morning when they called from a new number as well as replying STOP to the text message.
The BBB should consider removing their A+ rating. They harass people who never asked to be contacted in the first place and they violate all regulations regarding customer contact. They're worse than collection agencies and should be stopped. I welcome other suggestions on how to stop this harrassment. Should I contact the Attorney General? After all the similar complaints, they ****** are not stopping their harassment of others.
