    Where do I even start? This was the BEST, easiest service and it saved me thousands of dollars. I tried fighting my bill on my own at first, but my audit of charges was denied, and I found it very stressful managing calls with insurance and the hospital while trying to care for my newborn. I found Goodbill through some searching, and decided to take the chance. *****, my case manager, was very responsive and helpful, and the process was seamless and stress-free. They saved me nearly 50% on my bill, and I will definitely be using them for any future medical bills. Highly recommend!

    Hospital bill that came in seemed to be way more than what I anticipated from estimated quotes. Used Goodbill and they got my $980 bill balance down to $686 ($294 in savings). Paid them about $60 for the service (they ask for a % of the savings and you only pay them if they get you a discount). It took a little under 2 months, but they communicated well with me about the documents they required to correctly identify the itemized billing codes and compare with my medical history and other hospitals charges. WELL worth the $60 service to save $294! So thrilled and will absolutely use them again if I have another large hospital bill roll through in my life.

    I got a $1500 bill from an ER visit even though I had insurance. I used Goodbill to negotiate the bill down. They sent letters signed by lawyers to the hospital to negotiate, and I guess the hospital didn't want to deal with any of it because they completely dismissed the bill! I ended up only paying $300 to Goodbill. Absolutely amazing service and it's really great because you only pay them a fraction of what you pay, and if they don't save you money you don't owe them anything! I have told so many friends about this.

    I had a $650 bill. I had issues dealing with my insurance company to get GoodBill the documents they needed. GoodBill worked with me and accepted screenshot of the website version of what they needed since my insurance company refused to send me what was required. GoodBill was able to successfully negotiate my bill and acquired me a 20% discount. I emailed them several times through the process, and they always got back to me within 24 hours. Great company, responsive, and helpful. I will definitely be using them again!
