    Bonanza is really a scam. Just have a bad experience with one of their sellers and they will drop you like a hot potato. Their customer service is no more than robots.

    I purchased a log splitter(wen 6.5 tons electric log splitter with stand ,packaged weights78 lbs) from a seller name Laimalek23 , the tracking # that this seller provided show that an item was delivered to a different address, i contacted the **** who delivered and they told me the item shipped with the **** only weights 4lbs , the regular mail does not deliver heavy items ,ive tried to contactthe seller but no replies from the seller, i filed a complaint for fraud with my credit card , i will not buy anything from bonaza i dont trust this site or recomend it to any one, i will stay with **** instead

    I have been a seller on Bonanza for years. Hardly any sales at all. Bonanza does not honor **** Ground Advantage pickup service. I told them that I did not expect Bonanza to pick up my shipment bc **** picks up my shipment at my home (the best feature of **** Ground Advantage). Previously, they encouraged me to participate in their own shipping platform and requested I have $30 in my shipping fund reserve on their website (for their convenience). I am supposed to be able to withdraw these funds at any time, knowing that I wouldn't get their discounts if I used Ship Station or other shipping service instead. *****, their Happiness Producer refused to return my shipping fund of $33.91. I owed them a seller's fee of $7.95 for my recent sale. Instead of waiting for regular billing on 2nd of month, they charged my account right away. I am shocked that they are so ***** and malicious. Do not PREPAY any shipping fees to get a discount bc you will not get them back, even though they have a "withdraw funds" link. An error message shows up. Greatly disappointed that I did business with them for years and they have treated me so disrespectfully. Scam artists!

    Never received product. Seller is nonresponsive. I am so sick of these "legit" sites. Why can't we trust anyone?

    Signed up as primarily a seller and paid the required set up fee of $14.99 to get started. You are able to transfer pretty much everything from **** which made it very convenient to get started. Sounds great! But the very next day I received several phishing emails that basically said my account was suspended and to click the link below. I was not sure if they were phishing emails at first but Bonanza.com confirmed they were. So this was not a very pleasant experience to say the least and I felt my account had already been compromised. The set up fee is non-refundable and they made that clear when you paid it. But in this situation within 24 hours of signing up there should be an exception. Bonanza.com would not refund my fee even with all the phishing emails.

    Love Bonanza. Been selling on ******* for around 5 or 6 years. Sure, as a seller or buyer you can get scammed just as you can be scammed on any comparative platform like ****, ****, or ********. You have to expect it to happen as it WILL happen sooner or later. It is just part of the risk you take when selling online. Bottom line. . . If you cannot afford to lose it do not list it as there is always a chance you will lose it. As a seller and buyer on ******* I would definitely give Bonanza an A+. It is the best online marketplace.

    Seller's worst nightmare. This company allows purchases and payments from nearly anywhere without any identity verification. Your're at risk of 100% loss, plus cost, plus shipping. Not the place to sell expensive or valuable merchandise. It's good for a flea market or if there's some reason this is the only site who will accept you as a seller. A basic question will be answered by email 50% of the time. Had zero help with any issues, including loss of an expensive item, because ******* does not verify or hold accountable anyone making purchases. Chargebacks out of pure stealing is an everyday event on here. I've lost all respect for the site and those that manage it. Lost enough money, never again.
