I purchased a Grey jumpsuit from Snazzyin. When the pkg arrived, it was a totally different item from what was ordered. There was no lining, no cinching no cuffed sleeve. It was basically tshirt material and it was very obvious it was not what was advertised. I immediately informed Snazzyin that I wanted a full refund. They informed me that (although they did not keep their end of the deal in that they sent the wrong item), I was going to have to pay the full cost of the return. The return was to be sent to an address in *****. I took the item to the *** store and was told it would cost $100 or more to mail it to them. I asked Snazzyn for a return label and they would not give it to me. They offered for me to keep the item and they would give me $18. I don't want the item. It is very cheaply made. If they aren't sending what is advertised, they should issue a full refund and should take accountability for the error and send a return label. I asked to speak with someone at the company, but no one has reached out to contact me. I would like to return the item and get the remainder of the amount I paid. Original cost was $42-$18. So I am asking for $24. I will not order from this company again. They shouldn't be able to do business within the ** if this is how paying customers are treated.Initial Complaint

My order took 32 business days to reach me, while their website states 9-15 business days for delivery. When I reached out to the seller asking for a refund, they instead sent me a tracking number. Once my items did arrive, I found them to be cheaply made and defective. The seller has their headquarters listed in ****************, but they want you to send the items back to ***** at your own expense. Their only other resolution was to refund me $10 for each item in lieu of sending them back. I paid $60 per item so that's not acceptable. This business is a scam.Initial Complaint

I have never received my package and they keep telling me to check tracking and post office said tracking number went to another address but all my information on order # shows my address. I ordered a pair of jeans that did not fit. I followed the instructions on the website and emailed the company to request approval for a return. No response so I emailed again. I ordered the item on 1/31/25 and received it on 2/22/25. When I place the order, I enter in that I wanted an extra large (size 12) and some how it got switched to a size small. I have not worn that size since *********** so I would have never put that size down. I have emailed Snazzyin about 5 times between 2/22/25 and 2/25/25 to exchange the ordered attached (order #******) and they have not responded which I feel if very frustrating and unprofessional. I what to exchange the item before their exchange policy runs out and they cannot seem to respond to my emails to let me know where to send it or if they will send me a packing slip to return it. I followed all the instructions for a successsuccessful return and paid to have my items returned to *****'s headquarters per the return policy. I emailed the tracking number to Snazzyin and also tracked my return. **** shows that my package was delivered to ***** customs on Jan 18, 2025. I have emailed Snazzyin several times, and no one has responded or provided me with a refund If you need to return anything, you must send your return to ***** after receiving approval. I purchased two items from Snazzyin in the amount of $103.50 on 12/5/2024, in which I never received my order. I have contacted the company several times via email at ********************************** in which someone stated the order was en route to me in which it was never sent. The tracking number is not in alignment with ***** and I have asked for a refund from the company with no response. I have been fraud out of my money, and completely believe the company is a scam. On 1/15/25 I ordered 2 pair of leggings from Snazzylin. On 02/03/25, I received a package from Snazzylin. The package was not what I ordered, it was a sequin bedazzled colorful jacket. I reached out to Snazzylin and was to keep the jacket/give to a friend and they would refund $10 of $51.41 or pay thr return shipping to a China address for a refund. On December 6th I purchased two items from this company. I waited. I never received any tracking information. Contacted the company January 2nd via email to let them know I had not received my package. Explain to them. I was being patient due to the holidays but that's over. I was then informed that my package was being held in customs due to error. They asked me did I want to get a refund or receive my items. I said okay. I would like my items asap. They promise that it would be shipped again and I will receive a tracking # that they will contact the factory to have it expedited. I kept an eye out for the tracking. There was never any contacted them again. And once again, up until today's date I have not received a refund nor my purchase from this company. I simply would like to be refunded. This seems to be fraudulent over 45 days is more than enough time. I've been patient and still nothing. Please help
