  I have been waiting since March 20th to revive my product. The tracking number is for out of the country, even though they are said to be located in ******* **********. I will be filing a dispute with my bank.

  If you live in the ************************, do not order from this business they lie with their shipping address saying that they're located in ********** or another address within the states and they're really located in *****. Literally if you have to return any items to them you have to pay over $100 to ship back an item for the return, which is most likely more than what the item cost. They are terrible at refund and shipping and I would suggest that you not order from them especially if you have to return something. It's a scam do not order from this business

  This company makes it very hard to receive a return upon request to return the merchandise.Instead they offer you to keep the unwanted items at a reduced price.If this is declined you are then and only then are advised that the return will have to be sent to ***** with a possible extra shipping charge..No place in the Refund/Return Policy is this mentioned.Sounds like a new form of the old Bait and Switch!!

  Item received was not the item described in advertising; Received a cheap quality jacket made of polyester instead of cotton material and jacket arm length is different. Contacted them and agreed to a partial refund since item return to ***** for a full refund would be lengthy and costly. Refund not received and communication stopped after initial contact over 25 days ago. SCAM company!

  Refunds are not with ease. They will only refund 10% of the entire order and this is not on their website. I ordered two items totaling over $70. They sent the wrong dress. When I reached out customer service wanted to give me $15 to keep it. You are responsible for sending items back to *****. They were not helpful at all. All they care about is scamming you doing anything to keep the money. They refunded $36. My order was $74 and I never received the 2nd item. Gave me some excuse that item is out of stock and restocking fee. So Im responsible for restocking fee for an item I never ordered. Scammers

  Very poor quality material Company display 30 days full refund nit warning you the rtn is on the customer , all items having been shipped to ***** making it difficult to rtn due to the expenses associated.

  THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD THEY ADVERTISE ONE THING AND THE CLOTHING ARE VERY CHEAPLY MADE. ALSO THE SIZING IS VERY MISLEADING AS WELL. THEIR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY IS OUTRAGEOUS! THE RETURN ADDRESS IS NEVER AVAILABLE AND WHEN ASKED ITS UNCLEAR. AFTER FINALLY DISECTING THE ADDRESS ITS 3X THE AMOUNT I PAID FOR MY ITEMS. I EMAILED CS AND I WAS TOLD TO SELL THEM TO A FRIEND.....LIKE WHAAAAT?!!! COME ON!! WTH! SO RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY IN THE END!

  This company falsely advertised their products. Items listed as cotton was nylon and low quality garments. In order to obtain a refund they require you to return the product to ***** which would incur a cost higher than the product cost. Which is fraudulent because shipping to get the product was a few dollars. This is to discourage customers to return items for refunds. Please beware of this false advertising company selling low quality items.
