If I could have given 0 stars I would have. This management company is very difficult to work with. Our move in person was amazing but once we moved in another person took over our file. To say the least very upset with how ************************* has handled our move out.Upon move in the place needed to be cleaned, painted, holes in walls, carpet had needed to be replaced before we moved in. We didn't complain and it was properly noted at move in. Fast forward 10 months we broke our lease because we purchased a place. We gave well over 30 days notice in hopes of them renting it right away. They did rent it but accepted an application with over a month out move in date leaving us on the hook for rent we can't afford to pay. We just got our final report and they are hitting us up with over $1000 dollars in fees for cleaning, yard work, handyman fees and garbage disposal. All ******** charges because we left the place better than what we moved into. So now are whole security deposit and pet deposit is taken plus us owing $1100 more. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY OR SANIYA....

Hello-
We have reached out to this tenant that is disputing her move out charges which included cleaning, carpet cleaning and minor repairs. We are working with them to resolve this with them. It is often difficult for tenants to understand charges but we do what is necessary to come to a solution that works for them.

Weve been using Avenue One for several years. While we havent had any issues with them collecting rent, theyve shown minimal competence in managing more complex situations. Also, over the last year, weve noticed that they are holding the rent collected from our tenant and paying us out later and later. When asked why, they have never provided an answer. Owners of AvenueOne also dont seem interested in feedback as weve tried to provide it to them in the past with no luck. This is very disappointing given that weve been a long time customer. That said, this tells us a lot about how they do business. With the mentioned, we have decided to let Avenue One go and will be managing the property on our own and save money in the process.
