I want my $6.37 that **** took out of my account on Feb 9, 2024 & my $6.37 that **** took out on March 9, 2024. I never ordered this subscription & the last 4 digits yall have as my credit card isnt even mine. I want my money back please. This was not authorized by me. Thank you.Business response

No refunds were issued as part of handling your billing request. We review account history to determine if the purchased services were utilized. I happened to ****** my name and found on Whitepages.inc, my name, address, my family and phone number. I ask them to take it off because it can be dangerous. I don't think this site should exist, because it can be dangerous of someone wants to retaliate.They did take my information in the inside, but I ****** my name and I posted what I saw. I did not agree to charges and when I seen that I had charges I called the company and told them that they said no big deal that they canceled what ever the subscription was for but then I kept getting charged 6.48 witch kept make my bank account over draft ***** every month and I didn't know why so know I have charged 4 times and with the over draft fee it costed me ****** and I don't understand why they keep stealing money from my account after they said they would stop! Whitepages is refusing to take down my profile from their website. I emailed them and contacted them by every means necessary but they keep asking me to provide them more info which I will not do and they will not help me. With my prior contacts to customer support to ************************** and **********************.**************************, (both of Whitepages Inc), I received no responses to multiple requests to have my personal data profile removed from their website(s).Finally, after filing BBB Complaint ID ********, the data profile was removed....at least for a while. I want this record permanently suppressed, without any excuses about a "new" data profile being generated by them.Business response

No charges can be made without your action and authorization through your Whitepages Premium account.
I will be forwarding your request for this feature on to our development team to help inform future product improvements and updates. Today, June 4th, 2024, I tried to locate some information on an old friend. I ordered a "satisfaction guaranteed" report from Whitepages.com for $11.99. None of the info was accurate or current. Not satisfied, but it is impossible to contact this company for a refund. The really nefarious component of the entire transaction is the phone numbers provided for the customer service department. All of them are one digit short, and if you try to add the last and missing number, you get pulled into scam after scam. This is an unethical practice, and it appears to be done on purpose to generate leads/data.Business response
