      Whitepages.com has my full name, relative's name's and my current address listed on their web site. I did not sign up for their service nor will I provide further information to them to opt out. If my name and all related information is not immediately removed from their web site I will contact the local *******, ************************ and file a report against Whitepages.com with an inquiry into any possible illegal activity taking place at Whitepages.com. In addition I will contact the *******, Washington district attorney's office and file an additional report there as well. Thank you for your assistance with this matter, it is appreciated.

       Whitepages.com has my full name and address listed on their web site. Despite a recent complaint to the BBB and with Whitepages.com responding that my information was being removed from their web site, it is still listed via ******* I did not opt into their web site nor will I furnish additional information to opt out. If my information is not removed from their web site immediately, as stated previously I will seek further remedy with the *******, Washington district attorney's office and Whitepages.com's local ************** This company over the years continually lists my information on their web site and despite it having been removed before it is once again listed. As stated, if my information is not removed immediately and permanently from their database I will seek government investigation and inquiry into this company and it's unprofessional and reckless business practices.

      Desired Outcome:
      Removal of my name and address from the Whitepages.com web site and all affiliated web sites and data bases.

      With my prior contacts to customer support to ************************** and **********************.**************************, (both of Whitepages Inc), I received no responses to multiple requests to have my personal data profile removed from their website(s).Finally, after filing BBB Complaint ID ********, the data profile was removed....at least for a while. I want this record permanently suppressed, without any excuses about a "new" data profile being generated by them.

      Today, June 4th, 2024, I tried to locate some information on an old friend. I ordered a "satisfaction guaranteed" report from Whitepages.com for $11.99. None of the info was accurate or current. Not satisfied, but it is impossible to contact this company for a refund. The really nefarious component of the entire transaction is the phone numbers provided for the customer service department. All of them are one digit short, and if you try to add the last and missing number, you get pulled into scam after scam. This is an unethical practice, and it appears to be done on purpose to generate leads/data.

      I am trying to remove incorrect information from ***** Pages online however the process does not work and the process is intentionally trying to make it impossible to remove my information. I filled out the online form to remove my profile, however there are three profiles listed for me, and multiple from my wife. ***** Pages only lets you remove two profiles with a single phone number, and their process regularly fails and says invalid code, so I'm not able to remove all of my profiles, nor my wife's profile as we share a number. I received the following error message after attempting to remove just two profiles, one of which failed." has been used too many times in the past year to suppress listings. Please contact customer support. " However when I contact support I'm not able to get a resolution. I need help removing my profiles and my wife's profile from the site as incorrect information is listed that is causing issues to our reputation.

      I paid twice (once $11 and change and once $19 and change) for a one-time service that supposedly involved no further commitment or continuing autopay. Not only did the services not work, the pages continued asking for more money to get any information, and when I went to cancel the services, the appropriate web page wasn't working. I consider this company to be little better than a scam and I've seen right here on BBB that many other consumers have made similar complaints to you.
