I have had nothing but issues since dealing with this company. Upper management has yet to return any of my phone calls and will purposely decline my call, sending it to voicemail. I have requested a corporate number and they dont respond. I shouldve read reviews before dealing with these peopleBusiness response

I received an email from Redfin *********** with a photo and description of my homepresumably soliciting me as a seller. The photo included my address and was sent to me by name. It included a description of my home including a statement that it has 2 bedrooms. My house and several others on my block were built in the late ****s an early ****s by the same builder using identical interior floor plans. The only difference was the color of bricks. They ALL have the same floor plans including THREE bedrooms. I am not selling my house but Im afraid that if I decide to sell it at some point, that Redfin listing will deter buyers who are looking for a 3 bedroom home. I tried to respond on the Redfin website but it is very hard to navigate if you are not listing a home for sale or inquiring about a home Redfin has listed for sale. Please help. I have not authorized Redfin or any other realtor to post photos or descriptions of my home. I want Redfin to not list my home or share photos or descriptions of my home. I have lived here for 37 years, have wonderful neighbors and have no reason to fear anything at any time of the day I may choose to go for a walk. I have no reason to sell my home or move out of my neighborhood (Garfield Ridge). And if I ever do, Id rather set my face on fire than list it with Redfin. Please know that this change is only reflected on Redfins website and app. If you have concerns about other sites showing sold information about your home, we recommend contacting the *********************** and asking that they privatize your homes data there. Any changes to their database will be reflected on all third-party websites that pull from this data source. Please know that if you were to list your home for sale through the local real estate database (MLS) or one of the for sale by owner websites Redfin has access to (e.g., FSBO.com or ******.com), your homes active listing will again be available on Redfin at that time.Initial Complaint

My name is *********************** and I recently listed my home with one of Redfin's agents and I would like to leave her an online review. Her name is ************************* and the property that she helped me with was *********************************************************************. She was not able to see the property for multiple months, she over estimated the value of the condo, was very passive with the listing, never responded to my texts/emails in a timely manner, always had to reach out multiple times or had to include her assistant to get some answer, didn't do anything until I gave his ideas/suggestions. She was hands-off during the process and later I heard from some buyers that she was very passive and seemed preoccupied with other businesses. She is extremely unprofessional obvious from her behavior after the property didn't sell (not surprising with her terrible performance). She refused to give the keys and remote to my new agent. It took multiple calls to Redfin and eventually reached out to her boss to make her deliver them. Such terrible behavior. I reached out to Redfin to get a review link for her so I can share my experience on Redfin. For weeks they told me the link will be coming, that I have to wait for weeks. Eventually, once I reached out multiple times, they told me that they actually do not give the opportunity to the customer to write reviews if the property doesn't sell. What a joke! no wonder reviews are all good. So biased. So wrong. In Summary, I recommend against Redfin and all they stand for. Don't believe the reviews. They are stretched too thin with mediocre at best realtors that work for salary and don't really care if you sell your place or not. Don't waste your time or money as I did. PAy the premium and use a professional local agent. I am seeking refund for the time and money wasted while she did nothing. I would also want an opportunity to write a review for her on Redfin's website and an apology form her about her behevior.Business response
