RedFin is trying to advertise my house for sale by using my home address, and home description. When I emailed RedFin, they claim an error and removed the sale language but only after they denied once but I sent them the screenshot. I asked them when did they place my house for sale, who is responsible for this, and why? They haven't replied. They have now ghosted me and I don't trust their site and motives. To-date, they have placed a picture of my house that isn't my house, they changed the closing date of my house to a date after since I've owned the house as if I sold it! I'm very scared of them advertising my house behind my back and still not taking any responsibility or explanation. They should be banned. I want them to be removed from listing my house history completely.

I engaged Redfin to sell my property in May 2023. The condo did not sell for 90 days by agent *********************************. Then ************************* took over. ****** insisted that I have the condo staged for the purpose of a quick sale. He indicated that I would not be paying for any of the staging efforts/materials, and said that I should sign the Redfin concierge form to start the staging process only, but to ignore further communication from the company. I did as he said. The staging company came in and badly damaged my condo floors and walls. One month later, with no sales in sight, I terminated my contract with Redfin, after which the staging materials were removed from the condo. I then forwarded a complaint to the CEO and New England manager regarding compensation for the damages caused by the various parties. I also clearly stated that I wouldn't be paying for the staging efforts. Their short response (December 7, 2023) didn't address any of my claims, complaints of demands. In July of 2024, one year later, an invoice for $3625 for staging efforts, was forwarded to me via email.I will not be paying this invoice and will not be muscled into doing so. Never mind the fact that they did not address and refused to cover the remaining damages they caused which were clearly spelled out in my original letter to them. Please see the attached documents for further information. Can you please help me address this invoice issue and if possible the compensation requested in my letter.

Ive asked Redfin to take my house of of their site multiple times because my identity was stolen and they refuse to let me opt out. If there are others with the same issue maybe we can file a class action lawsuit. Identity theft is a serious crime and they are exposing people without their permission

      Hello,

I have removed your property from the Redfin website and app.

If you list your home for sale through a local MLS or for sale by owner through FSBO.com or Fizber.com, your homes active listing will be available on Redfin at that time.

      All the best,
      *****| REDFIN Customer Support

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a complaint against Redfin regarding damage to my vehicle that occurred during a property tour on May 5, 2024. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this issue, Redfin has failed to address my concerns or provide a satisfactory resolution.Incident Summary:Date: May 5, 2024 Time: 5:30 PM PDT Property Address: **************************************** Upon arrival, due to the lack of available street parking, we drove up the driveway and sought confirmation from the Agent, who was standing on the driveway, about parking there. He confirmed we could park there, so we proceeded to the tour. While touring the garage and inquiring about the HOAs responsibility for the exterior maintenance, the agent opened the garage door. The door swung open and collided with the front bumper of our vehicle, causing visible scratches and damage.Action Taken:I reported the incident to Redfins customer support on the same day (May 5, 2024). Despite multiple follow-**** I have not received adequate assistance. Redfin ZenDesk Case Number: [ZGNGWK-216DW]I reached out again on June 6, 2024, noting that it had been 32 days since my initial complaint. I requested that the matter be escalated to a more appropriate channel, such as corporate legal, compliance, or insurance. I also provided an invoice from a Tesla-certified body shop for the repair costs.Despite these efforts, Redfin's customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, and I received no response from the manager, *******************.Desired Resolution:I seek reimbursement for the repair costs to my vehicle, which was damaged due to the negligence of Redfins agent. I have obtained repair estimates and provided an invoice but have not been informed about how the payment will be made. I request that Redfin address this claim promptly and cover the repair costs.Sincerely,************************* ***************** **************

My former Refin agent email and phone number contact information as the buyer's agent is showing up on Redfin website for two recent closings AFTER leaving Redfin and that Redfin had ZERO representation with me as these buyers agents.I made multiple email requests with "******" at Redfin support, I receive slow to little responses, and ongoing requests from her to supply my current agent contact information. The *** should be polling my correct contact information to their website, despite this, I have entertained her requests for proof of my NON Redfin current information (*** profile, etc) and still no resolution nor and contact or updated status of their efforts at correcting. It seems that Redfin is trying to make it look to the public that their firm closed MY two sales. I am an Independent Broker and my license is no longer affiliated in any way with Redfin.

Redfin publishes customer reviews. I was a customer. The providers knew that I had a concerning experience and so never provided me the opportunity to submit a review. This review suppression is against FTC regulations as I understand it unless the provide a disclaimer that they do it. They are also a publicly traded company and so reviews will likely represent something investors rely on. I have repeatedly asked for the opportunity to review my providers for their website and they have not provided it and the requests.

I signed a Sign and Save Incentive Addendum with Redfin on 3/23/2024, basically saying that if I used Redfin as my sole Buyer Representation for a period of time and bought a property during that time with them, that I would receive a refund on commision at the closing of the transaction. The amount is .25% of the property's final sale price if the property is $849,999 or less. The value of the sale was $335,000, which means I was supposed to receive a refund of $837.50. I closed on the property on 4/30/2024, but have still not received the refund. I talked to the agent, *********************** almost every single week about it since the closing date and he keeps saying the check was mailed (he said it was sent on the first week of May), but it still has not come. I believe that this was never actually sent. The address for the property purchased is *******************************************. I would like my refund as soon as possible, I was supposed to receive it on the closing, but still haven't received it a month later. I have attached the Sign and Save Incentive and the final sale to show proof of the price of the final sale.
