            Our story began on March 2, 2020 when I signed us up for a tour in the ******** San Juans with Alki Tours. I paid our deposit for my husband and myself. The tour was to take place in Sept. of 2020 and our deposit was $300. When we realized that the pandemic was not going away, I called them to ask for us to get our deposit back and they told us that they would give us a credit for a future trip. Then the border closed in to ****** and we were in a complete shutdown here in Washington. I tried to call them to see if they would write a letter for us to send to the insurance, since the insurance that we had purchased would not give us a refund since we had not had 100% of our trip refunded. They were never reachable and finally I gave up. I have tried every means to get ahold of them since this time and finally realized that they were never planning on getting back to me. I have begun the process to get my insurance money back and now I see that **** no longer has a website. I had sympathy for the problems that the pandemic caused but it appears that they have no plan to make good for the money they kept from their clients.

            Paid $1000.00 required deposit for Ireland Sept 2021 ..due to covid asked for deposit back, many attempts to contact and never a response. I was going with other senior citizens on this trip and none of us ever received our deposit back. They finally closed doors for good, but only after continually saying they will open again soon. I'm now asking attorney General for assistance Too many people have invested in this company for deposits and no one is getting it back. We can't afford lose this kind of money and consider this fraud and robbery.
