      I spent too much time waiting to connect with a manager regarding Orbitz insurance policy to change the time of my flight. The insurance policy DOES NOT stipulate you are unable to change economy class tickets. The customer service agent was unable to answer my question and it took way too long to reach. I plan to file a civil suit against this company.

      Horrible customer service and support. Don't even book any travel with Orbitz. False advertisement and they don't support you. We have booked international travel where orbitz advertised a 4+ stars for hotel. The hotel was below any stars. The hotel room which was considered a family room for a family of 5 is much smaller, there was no space for suite cases. The room was a health hazard. There was mold in the rest room and stains on the bed sheets and pillows. There was electric wires hanging on the walls. Unsafe, dangerous and unhealthy by any standards. I have spent numerous phones calls waiting on hold for extended period of time. We finally filed a complained with Orbitz to get refund due to false advertisement and safety and health hazard and no services obtained since we had to leave the hotel. Orbitz didn't support and claimed no responsibility for the false advertisement. Never, never book any travel with these guys. horrible service and support and unprofessional business.

      I wish I would have come here first to see these reviews before purchasing. My father died before he was able to go on the trip we had planned. I have provided them with the death certificate and each time I call they put in a service request and I have to wait another **** business days before hearing from them. And then they lie and tell me they called but in todays telephone service, you know who has called you and none of the calls I received were from them. Stalling tactics, road blocks, and down right rudeness.

      Horrible customer service stationed in *****. My flight was changed and even though it was an inconvenience, I accepted to later find out that ****** had actually cancelled my flight that had been booked for over 4 months. Had to book a new flight with the airline costing an additional $300. ****** refused to fix the issue or compensate me for the inconvenience and additional cost of another flight. Their technical problems shouldnt be my problem.
