I have been trying tirelessly for any fix to my issues and I am sorry that it is not so. This company unfortunately is non responsive and makes it very difficult for the consumer. I made my first purchase a few days after I attempted to open my Coinme account. I first start running into technical difficulties scan i Id verification documents. Regardless after multiple different times types and tries Coinme has me locked out of my account where I can’t redeem my voucher and they give you no other options to fix the issue. At this point I just want to be reimbursed and not to do business with a business as suchBusiness response

Customer submitted an invalid ID (gun license) and it was not acceptable to our third party identification verification partner. Called the customer and informed customer on the valid ID types and reset the sign up for the customer so she could send a valid form of ID.Customer response

I purchased bitcoin from coin me starting last year with the same phone number ************ over the last year they held my funds for at least 6 months. I was patient because I had been in and out of the hospital. Last month they finally let me have access to my funds ,so I went and bought 120.00 more a few days ago using my same number. When I went to redeem the coins the system would not accept my phone number so I used my business cell phone. I tried to redeem them but the system told me the phone numbers don't match. I called in 5 times and finally got through to some one via chat, We spent 3 and half hours ,via chat ,where I had to send in my ID at least 5 times, with a selfie and the redeem receipt. They finally came back and told their was nothing they could do nd my money was lost. WTH, I am on unemployment and I cant afford to throw away 120;00 not to mention the time I spent and the rudeness and unprofessionalism of their retarder staff member,. I demand my money be refundedBusiness response

Send reimbursement form to the customer via email and the customer was called and left a message informing him of the reimbursement form that is required to be filled out for a return of funds.

Purchased a voucher for $550.00 6-30-2021 at a local coin star machine. I was trying to redeem the voucher with no resolution due to my account was locked also I provided all information that the company asked for for identity. I received a message that I would receive a email on the reimbursement of the voucher I purchased and go not redeem it yesterday. Please inform the company for the refund I am needing a refund soon. I purchased some BTC at a kiosk on 6/30/31 and accidentally transposed the last two digits of my phone number as 42 (**********) instead of 24 (...****) and I cannot redeem. I contacted support via chat and sent them a selfie with my driver license, the date and the coinme voucher. As of today 7/1/21 they have yet to fix the problem and are giving me the run-around by saying it may take 5 - 7 days (even though it says nothing about this on their support website) or that someone will call me back. Here is the website: ************************************************************************************************************ When I call coinme I cannot get in touch with anyone! They force you to leave a voice mail for a call back. Even coinstar refuses to give me a phone number to contact coinme. I've been a loyal customer of coinme for a few years and don't expect this kind of treatment. To be frank, I think some of their business practices are shifty!Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Additionally, they resolved my issue via their support chat but only after very much haranguing. I even trolled the internet and threw the name of the support manager around.
Still, their business practices are questionable and they should be aware that this consumer just won't take it anymore.

I purchased bitcoin on my account one tickets for 2500 the other ones for 1700 and when I went to redeem it it won’t allow me to sign in so of course I am sitting on this coin me slips and I cannot get my send a bitcoin or even get the bitcoin I’ve tried several times for days trying to contact these people virtually impossible they want you to leave a message on the phone and some information I’ve done that several times and I’m not getting a response and it’s ridiculous that you cannot get a hold of these people. I either want my money back or I want them to fix the account so I can do my business this is ridiculous that I cannot get access to my account I tried changing passwords it won’t let me do nothing please I’m seeking your helpBusiness response
