On June 24, 2022, over 13 months ago, I ordered a bronze stone to memorialize my daughter, *****************************, from Shelton Memorial Park. That was over thirteen months ago and the stone has not been delivered. I paid $3,797.12 for the stone and its installation when I ordered it. I have called, messaged, and gone in person to inquire but no stone has been delivered to the cemetery yet.The manager, ***************************, gave me the information about the company who should be creating the stone. That company is Pacific Coast Memorial, ************************* owner. On May 22nd, 2023, I talked to ******* and she told me the order had just come through and it would take about a month to produce it. (This, despite the fact that I had approved the proof for Shelton Memorial Park at least two months before that.) Here it is two months later and the stone has not been delivered. Yesterday and today I called each business to inquire and was instructed to record a message. I did leave a detailed message yesterday to Pacific Coast Memorial but they did not respond.I am desperate to have this resolved, the loss of my daughter is still difficult for me and this is aggravating the situation even more.Business response

Hello, The information provided to the BBB is not accurate. The family requested multiple proofs that date back furter then the dates provided. Below you will find the email from ***** approving the production of the stone 2/7/2023. The stone was delivered on June 1, 2023 and was set shortly after that.
The first proof was provided to the family on 9/23/2022
