I only have it one star because it wouldn't allow me to do a review with none. This company is fraudulent. They are purposefully selling Groupons for areas they do not service. They take your payment with no intent to provide a service. They will not give a physical address, so filling a report against them is nearly impossible. When I contacted them and asked why they are doing this, they did not respond. There's a reason they don't care about being accredited by the BBB. Because they are running a scam via Groupon. And should you purchase a service and they not fulfill it, they also will not refund your money. I attempted to contact the owner as well, and the only place he is available is through LinkedIn. I'm having account problems with them so cannot message him that way, and he is invisible on the rest of the internet. I've reported them to the **** and filled a police report, and also filed a fraud report with my bank. I don't know any other course of action but to contact an attorney, which seems ridiculous, but I have spent so many hours on this that I want them to pay for my time and emotional distress over this situation. It has literally eaten up at least 12 hours of my time trying to hold these people accountable, and caused me immense upset. Please don't use this company. I'm also putting notice on social media and contacting the regular media, because this company should not be allowed to exist.
