      I sent proof of payment made because during the months of February and March Numerica rejected my payments. After I sent proof of a payment for two months last week, my car was repossessed. I was told because on the rejected payments I had "the wrong account number" which is absolutely false because I have proof that I used the same payment system and structure where Numerica took my payments. I have proof of 5 payments made that were rejected and months and months of payments that Numerica accepted. Now I'm out of a vehicle and owe over $20k. I was given the tow company number so I can collect my personal and work items but I fear that it may be a wrong number. I live in a rural community where I attempted to answer phone calls and call Numerica back but nobody could hear me due to service which is why I sent the original email indicating that a payment was made. After providing receipts and proof of transactions, Numerica employees continue to gaslight me saying I had the "wrong account number" and failed to show me where it's different on the accepted payments versus the rejected. This is absolutely absurd. When you have a customer that attempted to make car payments and you absolutely reject them sometimes and not others.... if Numerica would have been CONSISTENT with taking my payments I would still have a vehicle.

      I have attached proof that Numerica received the payment I sent on April 12th. This is an important detail because they tried to convince me more than once that they COULD not recieve my January, February and March attempts because of the account number "being wrong." This is also important to note because the payment was sent electronically 3 days before they repossessed my vehicle and it was for two months which brought my account up to current. Obviously the issue is NOT my payments but Numerica. Now I have to pay over $700 and drive 3 hours away to pick up a vehicle that I attempted to make payments on and DID make payments on because their lack of consistency and accountability. A resolution needs to be made in which is fair to me. Numerica is unfair and sets up their customers for failure especially those that make their payments.

      In November of 2023 I applied for a $20000 auto loan to purchase from a private party. The website was faulty and therefore a loan officer took my information via phone. My credit score was determined to be 800 with nearly $10,000 cash in their bank, therefore I was approved for the full amount. Nearly each day a different employee called me asking for bits of information about the seller, making me the "go-between". The seller became convinced it was a scam occurring. We then were required to meet in a Numerica branch to sign over the title. The bank demanded to handle the title transfer. They took the title from the Seller. In a surprise move, they lowered my loan amount in the presence of the seller and shorted his payment $2000 for no reason. They said it was a "glitch." He was ready to call the police due to a scam. I payed the additional $2000 from my own funds. The branch could not provide me any documents of the sale, and I had no proof of purchase. 5 weeks later, I have received nothing and Numerica and know nothing. The original seller license plates are expired and I've been arrested by police for failing to transfer the title in 45 days, as required by state law. Numerica has done nothing except short pay the seller and take the title from him. I do not know who legally owns the vehicle. The seller, Numerica, or me? Numerica keeps the names of their employees secret, so a man named ****** had called a few weeks ago, claiming to be some type of Manager, and offered to reverse the $50 document fee. It hasn't happened and no low level employee knows anything. High level employees are kept from customers and will not respond. This is my last attempt before hiring a lawyer to find ***********************, the President/CEO to hold this financial institution responsible.

      I received a call from a debt collector at Numerica looking for my ex. I promptly returned her call and provided all information I had on his location. That same day, Numerica made a hard inquiry on MY credit of which I have NO open Numerica accounts. That debt collector did NOT ask for my permission to make a hard inquiry on my credit. I only knew because of Credit Karma. I disputed with Experian and they denied stating they dont reverse inquiries. This is shady business practice and makes me regret ever trying to be helpful. The staff persons name was ******* and I should provide her phone number, but have more morality than she.

      My complaint is regarding Numerica Credit Unions NSF fee policy. The most recent issue was dated 12/14/2023 but dates back ***** days. Numerica has charged me multiple $30 NSF fees when funds were available to cover the charges. They reversed a couple of those fees but not all that I have contested. An explanation of how their NSF fee is assessed. Yesterday I had $136.59 in my account, and I had a *********** for $113.00 and I was charged a $30 NSF fee on that charge because I had a pending charge that hadn't posted yet. When the pending charge of $32.56 posts, I will receive yet another $30 NSF charge. Numerica subtracts all your pending charges against your balance and will charge for every individual pending charge as it posts even if you have enough to cover all but one of those pending charges. I have had pending charges sitting there for a week that have been subtracted from my balance. Numerica charged me an NSF for everything that came through and then that pending charge dropped off and never posted. But I was left with the fees.

      Numerica had a system glitch over last weekend where they refunded monies in people's accounts that had been withdrawn already. They didn't send out any notice to their members or anything. Then 2 days ago they just withdrew the original monies again that their system refunded which made my payments coming out of my account go in the negative and they are not willing to correct this at all!! They gave me my overdraft fee back but since they had that system glitch and withdrew my money for a 2nd time it's put my account in the negative, all because of 100% something that was their fault!! So now the customers like me are screwed! I have other payments like rent scheduled to come out tomorrow and will not be able to cover that also !!!

Those checks should have been FLAGGED and not deposited. My mother has lost over ****** dollars due to the employees incompetence. I want a resolution to this problem!       I had a deposit of $586 to my account. There was a negative balance pertaining to a past numericash loan and overdraft fees totalling $449.92. There is now a missing balance of over $130. I would like the money that was deposited into my account after paying off the balance, which would be a little over $130.

      There should be a criminal penalty for what Numerica is doing to me. Almost since I opened the account but mostly in the past month or two, I am flagged daily for fraud. It's the same company that I work with every single day and they still flagged me for fraud for it. These are purchases less than like $30. Also I can't get to my money. Mostly because they keep flagging me on the business that I work with. But they also flag me ******* and yawn wherever they want to deciding on whether or not it files into the profile. Just because I do background searches doesn't mean that anybody's committing fraud. I'm supposed to get fraud alerts but I don't. Nothing happens it just tells the merchant that I'm committing fraud. I have been left walking home without an Uber, sitting at a dinner table with my relatives picking up the tab to no avail, the other day when I came to ******** I didn't get my rental car at 2 in the morning and missed a funeral the next day. These people just keep saying that they're doing what they do, but it's my money. I've never had a bank hold my money like this. The employees don't seem to be trained very well and there is no resolution to my complaints. I have to call in every day and so far I have spent probably 8 hours a week on the phone with them. This is bull. They should really actually find out what's wrong and fix it instead of not allowing me to have my money and be stuck in terrible situations. What is going on with customer service these days? People do not care that their businesses are messing up other people's lives. In the case of ******* they have cost me thousands of dollars, I miss a relative's funeral I've been inconvenience to the extreme and I still have no resolution. Worse yet I can't even close my account cuz they won't let me have my money. There really should be a criminal charge for this because they should not be able to hold me from my money if I can prove my identity and I can and I do everyday

      I filed a dispute for unauthorized transactions on my debit card and when the company sent me letters stating they investigated the validity of the transactions and found them to be valid I requested that they provide me with copies of the documents they used to verify the accuracy. They have failed to correspond with me in regards to the matter and It has now been over 3 weeks since I requested this information.

      The company has not addressed my concern in any format. They have not sent over the requested documentation that they used to very the fraudulent charges that were made on my account. I requested this information in early October and have yet to receive the information. I would like for them to send me the requested documentation that they said they used to verify the transactions as accurate and return the money that was in my account.

      Stop sending me generic letters that do not address my concern. This issue will be resolved with you complying with the law.
