    I went in on September 2nd to have a pedicure and have my nails done. I had my nails done with a dip powder. On September 3rd all of my nails began to chip, bubble and/or was pulling off of my nail. I went in on the 7th to have them fixed and she fixed all of my nails because all of them had something wrong with them. The very next day on September 8th they once again were bubbling and half of one of my nails had completely came off. So I went back in on the 11th to ask for a refund, she stated they do not have a refund policy and do not do refunds because people don't have picture or video proof of the nail damage, as soon as she said this I showed her the pictures and videos I have of the damage of the nails. As soon as I did this she came up with excuse after excuse even going to say that they don't do refunds because people don't like their nails, which was not my issue. I loved the nails but did not want to continue going in to have to have them repaired them because of the damage to them. She eventually asked for my name and number and told me that a manager would call. I waited until today September 21st to call because nobody called. I spoke with someone and she would not tell me she was a manager and just asked what the issue was. I explained everything to her and she said we could give you a voucher to get your nails done again but no refund. I do not want to get my nails done there again because I do not want to have to deal with them chipping I would just like my money back for the nails.

    I booked a last minute massage a few weeks ago because my lower back was badly aching. Originally I'd tried to book a massage at ************, but their website stated they weren't offering services and to reach out to 7 Wonders, whom they recommended.I booked a 6 pm aromatherapy Swedish massage on a Friday night with a male therapist. When I arrived, he asked if I wanted tea to which I said "yes". He brought me coffee, then took longer than appropriate to **** the salon for tea. Once in the massage room, he asked which scented oil I'd like in my massage, I chose one, and after the massage realized he never used any scents at all. After he left the room and I undressed and climbed on to the table, I waited again for what seemed an inappropriate amount of time for him to come back. So in the end, I got at best a 75-minute massage, but more like 65-minutes, when I paid for 90 minutes.While massaging my back, I repeatedly told him what he was doing was hurting or too much pressure, but he continued. When working on my legs, he lifted them, maneuvered them, brought them off the table all without any warning he was going to do so. The end of the massage was abrupt and not peaceful at all.Needless to say, I felt worse when the whole thing was over and have had to seek out further body work to get back to where I was before the stupid massage.He charged me $150 which I paid with no tip, knowing I was going to call and give feedback to the manager.I called the next morning. The woman I spoke with said the manager rarely comes in to the spa, but that she would take my name and number anyway.No call back.About 5-6 days later, I received an auto-generated email asking for my "rating" which I gave a "0" and asked for a callback in the comments box.When ****, the manager, called me finally and listened to my feedback, she did not apologize. Instead, she told me that this particular massage therapist has a "tick", is kinda "awkward" and that she's received other feedback about his "pressure", but that she doesn't want to "discriminate". She went on to tell me that "he's a really good massage therapist" and "has a lot of medical training". Finally she asked what I wanted, to which I replied "a refund". She immediately replied "you want him to work for free?!?" And "why didn't you just get up off the table and end the massage?!?". I said "have you ever been in that position? I was naked, face down in a room with a man telling him that what he was doing was hurting. What you're asking me is like asking a **** victim why she didn't just get out of the situation!" And it went on from there.No refund, no resolution.Called my bank to have the charges reversed. A few days of investigation on their end and just this morning an email from the spa giving me a credit on my account.This is not resolution.Not only was I unhappy with the service, the customer service and the way **** handled the complaint was utterly inappropriate. No customer should ever be treated or responded to the way she treated me.
