12MAR2022 9:30am While attempting to wash my dog inside of the dog wash, a staff member from Plaza Car Wash (CDA location) informed me that my dog need to be on a leash. After notifying me that my dog needed to be on a leash she then proceeded to open up the door and allow my dog to run out side of the dog wash with a smile. She in no way attempted to help nor did she offer an apology. Now in this day and age I would not expect such professionalism out of any business, however her complete and utter disregard for the safety of a clients dog reflects poorly upon her and the Plaza Car Wash leadership as a whole. Her unprofessional, smug, and cold demeanor should be reviewed by CWP leadership. I have utilized CWP in CDA for years now, and this is the second time I have had an issue with the same staff member. I understand people have bad days at work so I have grave the first time. This time I attempted to call and speak to management (10:00am 12MAR22). The staff member referenced above received my call and again was very unprofessional. I was hung up on with out a solution to my request or even a simple "thank you" goodbye". In conclusion, I do not recommend this specific location for reasons stated above. Hopefully was an "isolated" incident. I however will not be spending my money here. I hope CWP leadership provides customer service courses/ mentorship for their employees. This employee reflects direct upon the leadership/owners for CWP. Dogs is super clean though....
