    I am a member of Tivity Health Prime Fitness your way. It is a gym membership that is contracted ********** blue shield and snap fitness. This snap fitness has a contract with Tivity Health Prime but refuses to honor it. So I had Tivity health speak with the person at the front desk and he said they no longer honor Tivity Health Prime. The Tivity Health representative explained to him that they have a contract and must honor it and to have the owner call them. The owner never did, so they escalated it to get the owner to respond. The guy at the front desk was rude and not helpful at all. I called Tivity Health Prime today and they said they still had not heard from the owner and they are still under contract. Id like the ********************** to help resolve this issue. So I can enjoy my gym membership again. Thanks

    Most Snap Fitness locations are interdependently owned and operated, just like a ********** or Burger King.  You *** have noticed in their ads or on their coupons it says "offer *** not be available at all locations".  We have elected to no longer accept the Tivity Health Prime Fitness program.  All current members with the program will be terminated on May 31, 2022. We no longer accept new memberships to avoid them being terminated a month later.

    I am rejecting this response because: Tivity Health Fitness your way says the business is still under contract. This business claims my membership will be terminated May 2022 but yet its early April 2022 and they still denied honoring my membership. Again Tivity health says they are still under contract with no termination date. I would like them to honor my membership as they are contracted to do. Furthermore they have ignored Tivity Healths attempts to contact them and if you go to the Tivity Health website it still shows they that are one of the gyms that accept Prime fitness your way.

    I am sorry that you have rejected my explanation, but that doesn't change the circumstance.  As of May 31, all current members with your insurance will be cancelled and we are no longer accepting new members with that insurance.  Corporate and the insurance provider are aware.  So I respectfully reject your rejection.

    I am rejecting this response because: the business keeps stating as of May 31st. However they denied my membership in early April. The business has chosen not to respond about that,  even though I mentioned it in my previous rejection. If it they stopped excepting May 31st 2022, then why was I rejecting in early April 2022 and even to this date? Its not May 31st 2022 yet. The businesses response is unacceptable and I would like to see this stay on their record for 3 years as promised. Not to mention they have been untimely in their response.
