Recently 4 degrees has moved a couple into my fourplex.i have lived here 2 and a half years. Unfortunately this couple smokes cigarettes in their unit even though this is no smoking and there are signs up. The guy isnt on the lease and should not be here from what management has told me but is still here every day all day. The lady has been caught by other tenants smoking on the property in her door way and under carport where my vehicles are and i have everything on Camera. The cigarettes are making me and my bf sick and hack stuff up but more importantly my son is getting super sick from it he is also hacking phlegm up and has tonsil stones. They are the unit right below us so all that cigarette smoke goes up in our unit. Management came to do an inspection on their unit and somehow smelt absolutely nothing. But everyone else here smells it. Management knows we are moving soon and doesn't want to handle the situation. As i said i have videos to prove the smoking on the property and people living here that arent on the lease. Management does not care to hear or see my proof they ignore it. I will be speaking to someone higher up. Just because we are moving soon does not mean we should have to live and pay $1300 for a tiny apartment to be sick in 24/7. I would never recommend this management i have had non stop issues with management and they dont follow the lease agreement. They will rent to anyone as long as they have money coming in they don't care. I am not the only one who has complained about issues here. Other people are moving when their lease is up due to how bad 4 degrees is. I have seen people come and go they can't keep tenants.
