    I wish I could rate them ZERO STARS. Quick delivery on a light fixture that was poorly packed and obviously returned by another customer. The item was rattling in the box so, I was concerned and upon opening it, the pieces were floating around in the box and there was hardware also loose in the box. Interestingly enough there was also a handwritten note in the box with a customer name, order number and email address. Clearly the item had been returned and Interior Icons didn't inspect it and just shipped it along to me. The white metal shades and white ceiling collar for the fixture are all chipped up and it looks terrible. I sent photos twice via chat, emailed and chatted again this evening. I paid $908 with shipping and they will refund me $150 or I can wait for a replacement, which I can't use, since I had to purchase another fixture for the project because this arrived all chipped up.

    Interior Icons is a terrible company. I received 1 of 2 chairs that I ordered (**** Lounge Chair.) While the chair I did receive is beautiful, the customer service and shipping are SO TERRIBLE I urge you to NOT buy anything from them. Long story short is I ordered a chair 13 months ago that I still do not have due to their production issues. I want to cancel this order and get a refund, but they refuse because I did not cancel within the "12 hour cooling off window." (I'm cancelling because it's been forever with no better estimate than '14 more weeks'.) DO NOT BUY FROM INTERIOR ICONS.

    I ordered a chair and couch back in October 2024. The delivery company said they only had the couch saying it was never sent from the company. The company said they sent it. So apparently it was lost on the way? After several emails back and forth I still don't have the chair over 6 months later. I've even asked for a refund of the chair and they won't give it to me saying i can send the chair back when it is finally delivered. It's April and the chair isn't scheduled to be sent until June. I don't even want it anymore I just want my money back! They don't have a phone number to call and all my emails have ignored my request for a refund. What kind of company can stay in business like this? Do not order from this company!

    I ordered a product. Shipping was fast. It was supposed to be delivered today. The large table can only be delivered to the front door, won't even bring it in the house. So I arranged for movers. We've been waiting for the delivery only to find out that Interior Icons called the local shipping company and cancelled the delivery. There is no one to talk to, they have my money and my table and I've paid for movers.

    Interior Icons is a shady business. If the company is unable to deliver merchandise they will accuse the customer of rejecting the order which conveniently falls under a term they use to justify a 50% restocking fee. Even when confronted with the facts, Interior Icons will not back down. It appears this company is on dire financial footing and will attempt to secure money from customers however it can. Buyers beware!

    Same experience as others. Was duped into ordering by a sale price. Item arrived damaged now theyre claiming I have to wait 16 weeks for replacement and theres no refund.

    I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a table. I found what I thought was a lovely (marble) table, and ordered it. I looked at the return policy before so doing, and the terms were reasonable. Table was sent via a third party delivery service, and the scheduled date came and went without no table. I called, and emailed and finally the delivery partner confirmed that it had been "damaged" in shipping, and that they were waiting on the vendor for direction. Interior Icons sent another, a month later, and this one arrived on time (great!). Except - when it arrived, it was cracked clean in half. The table arrives crated, so you can't see it until it's uncrated (and there's only one person on the delivery team, and he can't / won't help you do this). We uncrated and it was broken into two pieces. Keep in mind, this is a 1200lb table - that's now sitting in my driveway. Interior Icons is exceedingly slow to respond to customer service emails (as others have noted they have no human to whom you can speak live), and they refused to refund my money - despite it being well within the return period. Instead - they told me I have to wait for this existing broken table to be picked up, then they'll ship me a new one, and (assuming that one's not broken), I can return that one! (And hope that it doesn't break on the way back to them!). There is a 0% chance the next one will arrive intact, and even lower chance it'll get shipped back intact, and in the meantime, I can't use my driveway because there's a 1200 crate in it (that I cannot move). I have four kids and I can't park my car next to my house until ******** gets around to responding to my email. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from them. The terms are reasonable IF they sold products that weren't defective and/or shipped them appropriately, but as is, I would NEVER purchase from them again.

    I paid for two counter stools on February 9. I did not notice the projected delivery date, although the site said that they had either 9 or ******************* stock. When they confirmed, the delivery was ***** weeks out. Twelve weeks came and went. Upon inquiry, they told me that delivery was rescheduled to another 6-9 weeks out. They still are listing my stools for sale, still show that they have three What does in stock mean? When will they arrive? Inquiring minds ...I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. i did read the reviews on the site. They seemed universally glowing. I just posted a review similar to this one. I wonder if I will see my review posted. I have tried to call - no phone number I have written and received a form response that just said wait. Can you help? I just want my stools.DLB

    Like others, I sure wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. They don't have a customer service! You can't talk to a human, and they don't return your emails, so don't bother.I ordered a chair and ottoman. The chair came with a pillow that MUST be secured by leather straps, or it slides out of place. I can't get them to send me the leather straps that were not included in the order. PLEASE DON"T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    I have few issues with Interior Icons.01) I ordered dinning chairs from this site. I waited 4 months for delivery. When I received my chairs, 3 of the 4 were damaged. One chair had noticeable cracks under both of the arm joints. Another chair had nicks into the wood, nail size indents in the leather. Another chair was poorly glue together, doesnt look sturdy and also had a small a scratch in the leather. I sent clear photos and they refused to exchange the chairs because they said its the nature of the handcrafted furniture. Brand new furniture should not have cracks in the wood, that is absolutely unacceptable. I paid so much money and they refused to exchange the damaged furniture. 02) The site is not truthful. When I ordered the dining chairs in Dec 2023it says Only ****************************************** buying. After placing the order, its now April and the site still says Only 12 left03) Horrible and slow customer service. They always take more than 2 days to respond to email and the only way to contact them is via email.
