            I purchased a 2012 Audi A3 from them in February. When I test drove it everything was fine. There was no check engine light on or anything so I made the purchase. I got dropped off the next day to pick it up, drove two blocks away to the freeway and right when I got onto the freeway the car began to misfire and the check engine light comes on. I went back and explained the situation the guy told me to come back the next day and to talk to the salesman who sold me the car. Came back and was told they would not refund or help in anyway because I bought it as is. Now it won't start period and not sure what I'm supposed to do.

            I bought a 2010 Cadillac SRX from Apex Motors on Center st. ******, ** on 12/30/2023.. within 10 miles after leaving the dealership the service engine light came on.. I took the vehicle to ********** West ******* to have the oil changed & checked out.. they strongly recommended that I park the car immediately & take it straight to a ***** dealership .. anti freeze in the engine oil indicating a bad head gasket & also a leaking transmission indicating a bad transmission as well.. I contacted Apex immediately (I hadnt even put 15 miles on the car) .. They basically told me they couldnt do anything for me because I signed the bottom line. I honestly believe they were very aware of the issues with this car & had no remorse selling this broken down, unsafe vehicle .. if I hadnt taken the car in immediately I would be broken down on the side of the road somewhere.. Even ********** commented to me that there was no way Apex wasnt aware of the issues this car had before they sold it to me.. the repair bill for this Cadillac SRX is going to be twice the amount of what I paid for the car from Apex??
