    I received a coupon in a Val **** mailing advertising Zerorez regarding a special for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. Called made an appt. for 10/07/2024 between 10:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. Moved all the furniture the day before. At 12:30 on the 7th I called as no one had shown up and was told they wouldn't be able to clean the carpet as they didn't have enough staff. They shouldn't even be in business if they can't meet their customer needs. WILL NEVER CALL AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Called 1 hour before arriving. Service tech was knowledgeble and answered all our questions. He was polite and worked really hard. Our carpets were very dirty and he got everything really clean. I will and have recommended Zerorez to my neighbors and friends. Great job! And thank you to ******* Refined for showing this company on their program.

    They did a shoddy job that we paid over $300 for. The finished product looked fine when the guy left but as it dried it looked dirtier than before he started. I sent the company pictures of our "cleaned" carpet to be told that someone in management would be in touch with me..that hasn't happened. We had our carpet cleaned May 7th, and here we are almost a month later and no one has gotten back to us! I do NOT recommend using this company if you want clean carpets!!! This is the ZeroRez out of Marysvillle, Washington.

    *************************** did a very thorough, detailed, excellent job. He explained the processes every step of the way. Hes was very courteous as well. The finished product is very clean. Even the acrylic grout was greatly improved, much to my surprise! ***********************

    Company is competent and speedy. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We had an area rug, two nursing chairs and a couch cleaned. Unfortunately non of the stains were removed on the furniture. Tech said thinner fabric makes it difficult to remove stains. Carpet is tougher thus can withstand more intense tools and cleaning. Company prob great for carpets but i was a bit disappointed with results from spot removal on furniture. Especially for $$ I paid.

    First time to use this company! Our appointment was originally set between ****! The technician called h*** be here between 3-3:30 then he showed up at 4pm. In terms of how clean my carpet has become, I would say it was average! One of the rooms had a stain but despite me buying a special treatment solution from this company, it didnt go away! Mainly the machine just run over the high traffic areas and the little corners near the baseboards didnt get much attention! Good thing my carpet isnt that so dirty or else I would have been more frustrated. I also had my 5x7 rugs cleaned but same thing, it didnt shine out that much after the cleaning. I guess thats how commercial this cleaning was!
