    Never received the order. Never even received an order # on the confirmation email. Can't find a customer support #. Will be filing a claim with my bank to get my payment back. DO NOT purchase from this site. Sad.

    This company is a fraud in every sense of the word. The use false advertising to make their products look enticing. None of the designs are 3 dimensional. All material is cheap rayon and the "design" is very poorly printed on the material leaving horrid results. Do not purchase anything from them. They will not answer emails nor will they answer the phone. Their line is perpetually busy. Go through your credit card company to report the purchase as fraud. Cite their return policy and keep dates of all communication.

    On 10/8/25 I purchased a Halloween costume from this merchant. The item was never shipped or received. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times by phone and email. The phone number rings busy all the time, and I have not received any response to my emails (the last follow-up was sent on 10/17/25). The order status still shows not yet shipped, and the event for which the costume was needed has already passed. The merchant has been completely unresponsive and has not fulfilled the order. Total scam!

    No stars on this business. I purchased 4 items and they are complete junk. The materials are not the same as the pictures. I've tried to contact them for a return label and zero response. Pretty sad on there part.

    This company is a scam. What you order is not what you receive. They avoid all contact with you once the order is placed. And don't bother trying to return, they do not provide return labels or an address.

    I ordered a knit sweater and was sent a sweatshirt with a picture of a knit sweater printed on the spandex polyester material, it's not KNIT ANYTHING FALSE ADVERTISING, MAYBE CHILDREN SHOULDN'T BE MAKING THE CLOTHES

    Did not receive acknowledgment of order. Took three emails for reply. I ordered a jacket 2 tapered dresses and a sweater. I received two sweatshirts with a print on cheap fabric and two moo **** with a print on cheap fabric as well. The colors in the print were not even close to the colors I picked. Very cheap and ugly. You must pay to return them and a minimal amount of refund.

    Horrible! I wish I would have ready the online reviews before trusting my purchase choices. Do not buy from this company. I ordered a dress that was poor quality and not what the picture on the website depicted. The day I received the dress, I emailed the company and asked for a refund. I am still waiting for me money to come back as they claim that they are waiting for their team to approve my refund. This was back in June and now they will not reply to my emails. Not that it was a very big order but its the principle. Hopefully this review will save someone else from buying from this company.

    This so called company uses AI generated photos of clothes then ships low quality rip-offs, then they tell you they will offer a "discount" or have you pay expensive shipping rates back to *****. The product it TOTAL GARBAGE.
